To mark its first birthday on September 6th, Bethesda Game Studios has shared some exciting updates about the upcoming expansion for Starfield, titled Shattered Space. The new expansion promises over 50 fresh destinations for players to explore and more types of adversaries to populate these new areas. These tidbits were released ahead of the planned launch of Shattered Space on September 30th at the end of this month.
Today saw no fresh trailer for “Shattered Space” ahead of its release, contrary to expectations. However, Bethesda Game Studios shared some intriguing insights about crafting, enemies, locations, and other aspects regarding “Starfield” on their Twitter account as they celebrated the game’s first anniversary. Previously, we had learned high-level details about “Shattered Space,” such as the hint that this expansion would revolve around the planet Va’Ruun’kai and its inhabitants who worship the Great Serpent. The new revelations provide a more detailed glimpse into what “Starfield” players can anticipate.

As of now, Starfield remains at its original price of $69.99 on both Xbox and Steam marketplaces. However, you can play the game through one of the Xbox Game Pass subscriptions instead.
Starfield: Shattered is set to launch during a particularly bustling period for video games. Already available are The Casting of Frank Stone by Supermassive Entertainment and the PS5 exclusive Astro Bot from Team Asobi.
