Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ mom is letting her opinion be known.
In response to the escalating discussions surrounding Allison Holker’s recent interview, where she alleged her late husband’s drug use and suggested he hinted at being sexually abused by a male figure in his childhood, Connie Boss Alexander is firmly denying these accusations.
My family is utterly shocked and dismayed by the false and harmful statements being spread about my son, Stephen Boss,” she expressed on Instagram on January 9th, stating that the media outlets disseminating such untruths have clearly breached all boundaries of decency.
Connie stated, ‘I won’t leave these allegations without a response from me, as his mother.’ We refuse to be silent while his reputation and heritage are being damaged.”
“Connie said, ‘I can’t ignore these accusations, being his mother.’ We won’t stay idle while his name and legacy are being smeared.
Since Stephen’s suicide in December 2022, Connie, who felt he didn’t deserve such claims, has generally stayed away from the limelight. However, these accusations have encouraged her to break her silence and address them publicly.
Over the past two years, she chose to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile to shield her family from any potential issues. Before speaking directly to Weslie (16), Maddox (8), and Zaia (5), who are Stephen and Allison’s children, she mentioned that she has been concentrating on healing and maintaining contact with her grandchildren as her top priority.
However, upon reading such distressing assertions regarding our cherished child, Stephen, I found it impossible to remain quiet any longer. Our family vows to safeguard his name and legacy, and we stand firm in upholding his dignity.
Connie isn’t the only member of Stephen’s family or loved ones to comment on Allison’s interview.
After the interview with People, Dré Rose (Stephen’s brother) and Courtney Ann Platt, a close friend of the couple, shared their perspectives publicly.
dear friend Courtney, allow me to express my sentiments more eloquently: “As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’ve never encountered an act as garishly tasteless, shamelessly self-serving, and unrefined as the one you recently witnessed.
The fitness instructor also leveled accusations against Allison, claiming she had been treating Connie disrespectfully throughout and criticized Allison’s memoir for publicizing private matters, stating that by doing so, Allison is “trying to tarnish the radiant loyalty, love, image that was your husband, my friend.
Stephen’s sibling Dre responded to Courtney’s post on Instagram Stories by reposting it with the caption, “Nothing but the truth…
In regards to the matter, Allison publicly declared her support for her forthcoming memoir and her choice to disclose details about Stephen’s life, hoping it would offer solace to others facing similar challenges.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram Story, January 8th, Allison expressed: “I’m making it plain that when I wrote the book, my sole purpose was to share my personal narrative, including aspects of my life with Stephen, in an attempt to assist others. Much like yourselves.
She expressed, “Should you opt to read the book, it’s my aspiration that you’ll perceive my aim is to honor the love and life I experienced with Stephen and our three charming offspring. Additionally, I wish to shed light on the intricate facets of both ours lives. I hope by recounting our entire tale, I may provide assistance to someone else who might recognize themselves or a loved one in Stephen.
