Strictly Come Dancing songs and dances revealed for Week 1

As a seasoned dance enthusiast who has spent countless hours tapping my toes to the rhythm of various genres, I must say that this year’s Strictly Come Dancing lineup is a veritable feast for the eyes and the soul! The combination of iconic songs from Kylie Minogue, Madonna, and Dolly Parton with the dazzling moves of these talented celebrities promises an unforgettable spectacle.

Once again, Strictly Come Dancing returns with a new season filled with delight and shimmering performances, as the popular dance competition commemorates its impressive 20th year milestone.

Over the past weekend, these 15 famous figures were presented to the crowd, each pairing up with their professional dance partners. The aim is to guide them towards Blackpool and even further, ultimately aiming to hoist the prestigious Glitterball trophy.

Now, it’s time for the real-time performances! With the discerning gaze of judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke, and Shirley Ballas watching closely, celebrities and their professional partners must strive to perfect their dance moves and execute each step correctly.

On this coming Saturday, couples are set to grace the dance floor with an impressive performance that includes Foxtrots, Sambas, and a Viennese Waltz, choreographed to timeless tunes by artists such as Kylie Minogue, Madonna, and Dolly Parton.

Check out the initial tunes and routines that the Class of 2024 will showcase when Strictly Come Dancing gets underway!
