I, as a devoted fan of Transformers, had the privilege of bringing my unique perspective to the origin tale, while remaining faithful to the established lore. In our groundbreaking first-ever CG-animated Transformers movie, we present an unprecedented take on Optimus Prime’s backstory, something that has never graced our screens before. This isn’t a strict prequel to the live-action series, but rather a standalone tale with its own distinct narrative.
A distinguished ensemble of voice actors graces the film, with Jon Hamm (“Mad Men”) as Sentinel Prime, Steve Buscemi (“Transformers: The Last Knight”) in an unspecified villain part, and Laurence Fishburne (“The Matrix”) portraying Alpha Trion.
