The initial sneak peek for the forthcoming spin-off titled “Suits LA” was released on January 24th, hinting at the comeback of Gabriel Macht, who portrayed Harvey Specter in the original series throughout its nine seasons.

As an unabashed fan, I can’t help but get excited when I think about Stephen Amell starring as the leading character, Ted Black, in this upcoming series! According to a November press release, Ted is a former federal prosecutor from New York who has transformed into a high-profile lawyer in Los Angeles, representing some of the city’s most influential clients. But it seems that Ted and Harvey (played by Troy Winbush) share more than just a professional connection, as the latest trailer hints at a past relationship between them. In one intriguing scene, they both gaze at an old photograph showing a baseball team, with Harvey and Ted amongst the players – leaving us to wonder about their history together!

Towards the conclusion of the latest trailer, Ted and another figure catch sight of a vintage photograph suggesting they were once part of a baseball team alongside Harvey. This seemingly hints at a past connection between them.

The sneak peek has us all buzzing with anticipation as comedy legends like Patton Oswalt, Brian Baumgartner, and Enrico Colantoni—who we already knew were joining the series—make their presence felt. But wait, there’s more! The radiant Victoria Justice is set to steal the show as Dylan Pryor, a movie star that promises to make a major splash!

Will fans see more familiar Suits characters in the spinoff? Only time will tell as they tune in to find out. Notably, some Suits actors have shown enthusiasm about potentially joining Suits LA alongside its creator, Aaron Korsh.

In an interview with Today back in October, Patrick J. Adams, best known for his role as Mike Ross on Suits, revealed that he had volunteered to be part of a new project. He mentioned that they had made their intentions clear and were eager to join the team. The first season is currently being produced, and according to his recent text exchange with Aaron, things are progressing well.

Regarding if familiar Suits characters might appear in the spinoff, viewers will simply need to tune in and discover for themselves. It’s worth noting that some of the actors have shown interest in joining Suits LA alongside creator Aaron Korsh.

Patrick J. Adams, who portrayed Mike Ross on Suits, shared during an interview with Today in October that he had volunteered for the show’s reboot.
