Taco Bell’s Bringing Back a Few Fan-Favorite Items

As a gamer who grew up in Southern California and has been a Taco Bell enthusiast for decades, this news feels like a long-lost friend is coming home. The nostalgia of these items transports me back to my childhood and the carefree days of the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, and even the ’00s.

Hey there fellow gamers! Guess who’s making a comeback? Yup, you guessed it – it’s your favorite fast-food chain, Taco Bell! I’m thrilled to share some awesome news with all of you! Remember those delicious items that we all missed once they vanished from the menu? Well, they’re back!

As a long-time resident of Southern California, I am always eager to discover new and exciting things, especially when it comes to food! If you’re like me and live in this area or happen to be visiting during August, I have some fantastic news for you! From August 15th until August 19th, there will be a unique opportunity to get your hands on some special items at select locations in our region.

Through our extensive history, we’ve amassed a treasure trove of delicious products that our loyal customers have grown emotionally attached to. We’re always seeking innovative ways to re-introduce those items that provide the comfort and worth they desire. Taylor Montgomery, Taco Bell’s Chief Marketing Officer, shared this excitement. Now, we’re excited to bring together two groups of fans: those who fondly recall these menu items and those who are yet to taste the joy of a Caramel Apple Empanada or their first bite of a Meximelt. This menu is designed for both!

Currently, Taco Bell representatives refer to the reappearance of these five items as a trial, even as they hint at a nationwide launch coming up in the remainder of this year. For more details about each item, check out the information provided below.
