Tarek El Moussa Cited for Battery After Altercation in Las Vegas

Tarek El Moussa‘s family trip took a turn after an incident in Las Vegas.

According to reports, the star of Flip or Flop was given a battery citation by the authorities after an altercation with another individual on the night of June 5. However, it’s important to note that Tarek was not taken into custody; instead, a source shared with TopMob News that he was safeguarding his elderly father during the incident.

On June 5, 2025, at around 11 p.m., officers from the Las Vegas Police Department responded to a fight involving two men on South Las Vegas Boulevard near block 3300. The incident resulted in one of the men receiving a citation. This information was shared by the LVMPD with TopMob News.

TopMob News has reached out to Tarek’s rep but has not received a comment.

As a dedicated follower, I was fortunate enough to join Tarek in Las Vegas, along with his wife Heather Rae El Moussa and both sets of parents, for a speaking engagement. This exciting adventure was shared by the alum of Selling Sunset through glimpses on social media.

The post additionally disclosed that every parent was present along with them, and their parents were just as thrilled to be there, evident in the videos. However, Tarek’s ex-wife, Christina Haack’s children, Tristan (Tarek and Heather’s 2-year-old son), Taylor (14 years old), and Brayden (9 years old) were not a part of this particular trip.

In her June 7 post, Heather captioned it as, “This wasn’t your typical Vegas vacation… Instead, I watched Tarek perform on stage (feeling so proud!), and made the experience even more memorable by inviting our parents to join us. We shared with them a peek behind the curtain – revealing our lives, our work, and the glitz. We are thankful for these precious moments we get to share.
