Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Magical Date Night in Florida Sparks Romance Rumors!

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have taken their love story to Florida.

More recently, the duo had a charming dinner date at Harry’s bar and eatery located in West Palm Beach. MMA fighter Jose Andre Cortes posted a picture showing Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce sitting closely in a snug round booth, with glasses that seem to contain white wine, suggesting they were sharing it.

On May 23rd, I tagged a wonderful couple in a picture I shared on my Instagram Stories, simply captioned as “Saturday”.

On our recent date, I opted for a charming floral, off-shoulder sundress with my hair elegantly gathered in a relaxed bun. My partner, ever the stylish one, donned a chic printed black and white button-down shirt paired with khakis and a sleek black baseball cap.

According to reports, Travis appears to be spending more time in Florida these days, particularly during the NFL off-season. As per top-tier real estate agents in the area, he’s been renting a home along Florida’s southern coast. However, he hasn’t yet verified this news.

The couple’s date took place following the confirmation by their friend Caitlin Clark that they had switched to a relaxing vacation state. During an interview with USA Today on May 21st, she expressed her wish that they would savor a peaceful respite away from the limelight.

Although Travis and Taylor have been relatively secluded since the 2025 Super Bowl, their occasional public appearances suggest that they haven’t entirely disappeared from view. For instance, they were spotted together in Philadelphia for a Mother’s Day outing, where they dined with his mother Donna Kelce and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce.

The couple, together since mid-2023, have approximately two months left until NFL training camps start. During this time, Travis is hoping for another opportunity to win his fourth Super Bowl ring, as the Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2025 championship.

He expressed to Pat McAfee at ESPN in February that his goal is to achieve the optimal physical condition he’s ever been in during this offseason and return to the pinnacle.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s love story started in July of 2023. This was during one of Taylor’s concert tours, specifically her Eras Tour, which happened to make a stop at the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

Enthusiastically, the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end was eager to attend Taylor’s performance, hoping to present her with a friendship bracelet engraved with his number. Unfortunately, his attempt to connect with her during the show was thwarted by her pre-performance routines.

Travis explained on his New Heights podcast (July 26th episode) that he was bummed out because she doesn’t converse before or after her performances, as she needs to preserve her voice for the 44 songs she sings. Consequently, he felt let down since he wasn’t able to give her one of the bracelets he had made for her.

Following his on-stage blunder, which he later labeled as “rock solid” or extremely confident, Travis opted to take a chance by inviting the Grammy award recipient to witness the Chiefs compete live at Arrowhead Stadium.

He mentioned on The Pat McAfee Show, “I made a suggestion, I invited her to challenge me with a performance at Arrowhead. I said, ‘You’ve impressed me so much with your performances at Arrowhead, maybe it’s time for us to see who can light up the stage more.’ Now, we’ll have to wait and see what transpires in the upcoming days.

Travis had a mustache on him when he initially met Taylor, which he grew for the first time back in August at training camp.

Later on, he remarked about that period, “For a while, that mustache and number 87 were quite iconic, and I wore them when I first encountered Taylor.

According to a reliable source, by early September, there had been occasional text messages and conversations between Travis and Taylor.

“It’s been very low-key,” the insider explained, “as he’s been in season.”

Upon receiving Travis’ invitation, Taylor attended the match with Donna Kelce, the athlete’s mother, at Arrowhead Stadium, where they watched him play for the Chiefs against the Chicago Bears. Following the game, Taylor and Travis were spotted sharing affection in a nearby bar.

Initially, rumors suggested their encounter was their first face-to-face meeting, but later on, the “Karma” singer revealed they had already spent quite a bit of time together prior to that, getting acquainted with one another.

As Taylor noted, “We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.” 

To show that things were getting more serious, Taylor took along her group, which included friends like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, Hugh Jackman, Sabrina Carpenter, and Antoni Porowski, to the Chiefs game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

In my perspective, one intriguing clue pointing towards Travis potentially being ‘The 1′ stems from the growing camaraderie I’ve observed between Taylor and Brittany Mahomes – the partner of Travis’ close friend and teammate, Patrick Mahomes. This bond has been noticeable both on and off the NFL field.

On October 14th, the couple unexpectedly showed up on an episode of Saturday Night Live, taking their relationship to the television screen. Additionally, they attended the after-party for the NBC sketch show and enjoyed a romantic evening at the Waverly Inn in New York City.

During a break from his NFL schedule, Travis made a trip to Argentina to attend Taylor’s Eras Tour, specifically the concert on November 11th in Buenos Aires. Not only did the football player get closer to Taylor’s father, Scott Swift, during this event, but he was also publicly acknowledged on stage by Taylor.

“Karma is that guy on the Chiefs,” Taylor sang, “coming straight home to me.”

Following the performance, the artist of “Midnights” could be spotted rushing towards Travis in the backstage area and enthusiastically planting a heartfelt kiss on him.

Taylor addressed the lavender craze surrounding her appearances at Travis’ games.

She shared with Time magazine: “I’ll be watching him pursue his passion, we’re supporting each other, others will be present and it doesn’t bother us.” The opposite scenario is that one must expend a significant amount of energy to ensure that one’s relationship remains private.

 

On December 17th, the music star made Travis’ game a special event for the whole family by inviting her father to support him.

Taylor and Travis celebrated their very first New Year’s Eve as a couple, exchanging a tender kiss at the stroke of midnight on January 1st.

Taylor continued to build relationships with Travis’ family, spending time with his brother Jason Kelce and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce during the Kansas City Chiefs’ match against the Buffalo Bills.

On the day the Chiefs secured their place in the 2024 Super Bowl by triumphing in the AFC Championship, Taylor linked up with Travis on the football field. After the joyous victory, they embraced with a celebratory kiss and later expressed their love for each other by exchanging “the L-word.

“Tay, I’m gonna enjoy with the guys,” he told her. “I love you—so much it’s not funny.”

On February 12th, Taylor shared a video of Travis on social media for the very first time, playfully joking about their parents joining them for a nightclub outing following the Super Bowl.

Taylor’s initial Instagram post, which included Travis, was a selfie taken with Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, during a backstage meetup at Taylor’s concert on her Eras tour at Wembley Stadium in London.

At his seventh Eras tour concert, specifically at London’s Wembley Stadium for the second time, the NFL player made an appearance alongside his partner during her rendition of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart”.

Taylor attended the initial game of the 2024-25 season for the Chief’s team alongside Travis. In a picture posted by Chariah Gordon on social media, it seems they recreated a public display of affection (PDA) similar to one from October 2023. Chariah Gordon is seen with her boyfriend, Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman in the photo.

The duo were present at the wedding of Karen Elson, who got married to Lee Foster, the owner of Electric Lady Studios, that took place in New York City.

The next day, the pair attended the men’s singles final match at the U.S. Open.

The two stepped out for a double dinner date with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds in NYC.

Over the final weekend of 2024, a couple went on consecutive outings in New York City, and they coordinated their attire for each occasion.
