Teen Mom’s Catelynn: Adoption Anger Exposed! 😳

Catelynn Lowell is struggling over where she stands with daughter Carly.

Due to the breakdown in their relationship between Catelynn, her husband Tyler Baltierra, and Carly’s adoptive parents, Teresa Davis, and Brandon Davis, leading to the closure of the adoption, the Teen Mom star has lately shared the feelings she’s gone through.

During the latest episode of ‘Teen Mom’, she expressed that she still harbors a lot of anger about Brandon and Teresa, and it’s clear that we have no means of contacting them.

The 33-year-old went on to say, ‘Some days it impacts me more than others, it varies greatly. One moment I’m overwhelmed with emotions, shedding tears all day. The next, I’m filled with anger, questioning ‘Why is this happening? I just don’t understand.’

Later on, in a heart-to-heart conversation, I found myself sitting down with Dr. Drew Pinsky to discuss our current predicament. He delved into the question of whether our public disclosures about our feelings may have influenced little Carly in any way.

Catelynn explained, ‘I’ve asked but since I’m blocked, I’m in the dark about things. So, I’m expressing the facts and my feelings as a birth mother because if she gets to see it and we don’t want to cut contact, then I believe she has a right to know the truth.’

In response, Tyler shared similar feelings of disappointment as his wife, due to the current situation that keeps them apart from their now fifteen-year-old daughter.

He clarified that when they initially decided on Brandon and Teresa as adoptive parents, it was with the intention of having an open adoption. This way, if Carly ever faced any issues, she would be able to reach out to us directly, ensuring easy communication.

Catelynn, who is a mother to three children – Nova (10 years old), Vaeda (6 years old), and Rya (3 years old) along with her partner Tyler – mentioned that they had an agreement in words to maintain an open adoption.

When Dr. Drew proposed contacting Teresa and Brandon at Catelynn and Tyler’s request, they consented.

Tyler pointed out, “It’s perfectly okay for people to contact them. What we’re concerned about is ensuring she receives the facts, as we think it’s essential she gets them.

In 2009, on the initial season of “16 and Pregnant”, viewers witnessed Catelynn Lowell and her partner Tyler Baltierra, now husband, make a challenging decision to place their first-born daughter, Carly, for adoption. After being together for 13 years, they tied the knot in August 2015. Since then, they have welcomed three more daughters into their family: Novalee, Vaeda, and Rya.

Despite the lingering pain of Carly’s absence, who resides with her adoptive parents Brandon and Teresa Davis, the couple remains undeterred in their pursuit of a hopeful tomorrow.

In their perspective, the nature of their bond depends entirely on what she desires, as Catelynn expressed to TopMob News in January 2025. Whether she seeks a connection with her biological siblings, or with them, that’s fantastic. If not, they fully comprehend. Ultimately, it should be focused on the adoptee’s preferences because it’s all about their journey and experience.

In the course of barely six months together, viewers witnessed Maci Bookout grapple with an inconsiderate Ryan Edwards on the reality show 16 and Pregnant. Despite becoming engaged, this high school romance faltered less than a year after their son Bentley was born in 2008.

Currently, they are working towards establishing a harmonious co-parenting bond. According to Maci’s statement to TopMob News in 2023, things have improved significantly, with Ryan being more present regularly than possibly ever before.

In 2012, Maci discovered her lifelong partner in Taylor McKinney from Texas, and the duo started expanding their group of players shortly thereafter. They became parents to daughter Jayde in May 2015 and son Maverick a year after, and they tied the knot in Florida in October of the same year.

2023 saw me, an ardent admirer, expressing my deep bond with my significant other to TopMob News. “He’s more than just a partner,” I gushed. “Regardless of the challenges we face in our shared journey of life, I find myself still drawn to him. In the grand scheme of things, I’d rather navigate the ups and downs with him than go through life without a single hiccup with anyone else.” Even on days when frustration gets the better of me, I’d rather engage in disagreements or temporary strife with him than miss out on the unique bond we share.

Regardless of having new partners, the MTV celebrities, who formed a bond during The Challenge, still share parental responsibilities for their child, Ryder, cooperatively.

Cheyenne shared with TopMob News in March 2020 that since Cory entered Ryder’s life, the most significant focus has always been on being a dedicated father and parent. She made it clear from the start that she wouldn’t accept anything less than full commitment; not just a “Disneyland dad” or an “Instagram dad,” but someone who was fully invested. It appears that Cory respected this approach, which is why they have such a successful co-parenting relationship.

Following the conclusion of their romance in 2018, they opted to rekindle their relationship. Cheyenne announced on Instagram during her 28th birthday celebration that they were back together. In May 2021, they became parents for the first time, welcoming son Ace into their family. They tied the knot in September 2022.

In an interview with TopMob News in 2024, Cheyenne shared, “Over the past two years, we’ve been crossing items off our bucket list. Our goal was to have a child, and now we have Ace. We wished to get married, and we had our wedding ceremony. Our dream was to own a home, and we successfully purchased one.

Afterward, she expressed, “I have no desire for action or setting goals right now. Instead, I long for tranquility, a moment of pure stillness. My aim is simply to be content with our current situation and enjoy each other’s company. That’s all I yearn for; nothing more.

Establishing a connection during the filming of ‘Ex on the Beach’ may not initially seem like the beginning of a love story, but fast forward several years and two children, daughters Mila and Maya, later, Cory and Taylor Selfridge from ‘Are You the One?’ are still leaving their mark.

In 2023, he confided in TopMob News that they had recently purchased a new home. He also acknowledged the curiosity about their wedding plans, stating, “Yes, it’s on our minds. We’ve discussed it thoroughly, but we’re still waiting for the right moment to propose and for her to say yes. Taylor deserves nothing less than a thoughtful proposal, and that’s what I aim to give her. For now, we’re focusing on preparing ourselves for this significant step in our lives.

After marrying Mackenzie Standifer in May 2017, Ryan found himself checking into rehab not long after the wedding. Their first child, Jagger, was born in 2018, during the course of Ryan’s ongoing treatment.

Initially, the couple were overjoyed at the arrival of their daughter Stella in January 2020. However, Mackenzie sought a divorce three years after that. Currently, Ryan is betrothed to Amanda Conner, who is carrying their first child.

Despite their tumultuous relationship ending permanently in 2013, this former couple has successfully coparented their now-adolescent daughter Leah for several years.

In an interview with TopMob News in January 2022, Amber expressed that although they enjoy spending time together from afar, their bond is strong and resembles more of a family than any other relationship type.

Despite the fact that families occasionally have disagreements, Amber’s frequent posts on social media hint at a less amicable relationship with Gary in recent times.

After spending several years as a couple, Amber and Matt Baier, who hails from Boston, ended their engagement in 2017 following a proposal and a brief experience on the reality show “Marriage Boot Camp,” which unfortunately didn’t lead to a successful marriage for them.

In her interview with Dr. Drew Pinsky, Amber explained that eventually, there comes a time when one simply tires of listening and starts to feel indifferent towards a relationship. She believes this is what transpired between her and him. To protect herself from further emotional pain, she erected a barrier around her emotions.

Amber met her future partner, Andrew Glennon, while working on the set of “Marriage Boot Camp.” They publicly appeared as a couple at the 2017 MTV Movie Awards. In May 2018, they welcomed their first child, James, into their lives.

However, the couple parted ways not too long following Amber’s arrest on charges of domestic battery in July 2019. After a challenging legal dispute, it was determined that California-born Andrew would be granted both sole legal and primary physical custody of their child in 2022.

The “Teen Mom” celebrity shared with TopMob News that they have put in tremendous effort to enhance themselves personally and strengthen their bonds with their kids. They emphasized that, although they’ve been open about their history of substance abuse and mental health challenges, everyone deserves a chance to make amends and move past their past troubles rather than being defined by them forever.

With unwavering resilience, she expressed, “Even if your path hasn’t been smooth-sailing, but you’ve put in the effort to grow into a stronger, more compassionate individual today, let’s continue our journey together. Rest assured, I won’t back down. I’ll always stand strong for my children, who mean the world to me.

Following an online encounter with Amber, Dimitri Garcia first appeared on “Teen Mom OG” in April 2020. On the program, Amber stated, “Dimitri is from Belgium and he’s 39, which means he’s 10 years older than me, but he’s quite an attractive man.” She went on to reveal that they had been growing closer and decided to meet each other since they both liked one another.

In April 2021, Amber made it clear on the reunion special for Teen Mom OG that she was still with Dimitri. She stated, “We’ve been acquainted for about 18 months, but I haven’t seen him in a year.” Despite not making an official breakup announcement, Amber later introduced her new partner, Gary Wayt, during a June 2024 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

After Amber linked up with Gary 2.0 via a dating app in the autumn of 2023, he popped up on the screen as she presented him to her fellow “Teen Mom” friends during a virtual meeting.

Despite his proposal in May 2024, their relationship didn’t last long. During his visit to North Carolina for Amber’s brother’s wedding in June, they had an argument which led Gary to leave abruptly, causing Amber to file a missing person’s report.

And while Gary was soon located, the duo’s engagment wasn’t the only thing left broken.

Amber shared, during an episode of “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter“, that she spent three to four days believing her fiancé had passed away. She described dealing with intense grief and struggling to understand why someone would cause such pain for her. Currently, she is going through a difficult experience.

She went on to say, “This man shattered me. I had been steady. For the first time in years, I’m not feeling completely solid because a man proposed to me.

Several months passed following the arrival of their daughter Emilee in April 2015, Gary and his future spouse Kristina Anderson chose to formalize their union in a heartwarming beach wedding ceremony.

In his 2022 Instagram post, Gary expressed, “Your soul is one of the most radiant ones I’ve encountered. I can’t imagine navigating life without your presence.

In December 2008, two months before Sophia was born, the man who was Farrah Abraham’s daughter’s father tragically passed away in an accident.

In the time since the passing of her high school sweetheart, Farrah was involved in an on-again, off-again romance with Simon Saran, a real estate professional, that lasted more than two years.

Despite their 2017 breakup becoming quite contentious, they made an effort, albeit tentatively, to maintain a friendship.

Simon shared with TopMob News that he holds no grudges against Farrah. He emphasized their differences, stating they come from distinct spheres – Farrah enjoys a contrived lifestyle, while he seeks authenticity. Despite these differences, he expressed his hope for her prosperity and success in all her future pursuits.

Jenelle Evans and Andrew Lewis, who are Jace’s parents, parted ways shortly after he was born in 2009. Unfortunately, since then, the model hasn’t played a significant role in their son’s life.

In a 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2, Jenelle pondered, “I do have a sense of sadness since he’s Jace’s father. However, I’m familiar with his behavior, and I don’t want him to let my son down by reappearing only to vanish again.

After a one-year marriage with Courtland Rogers and giving birth to her second child, Kaiser, with ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffin in 2014, Jenelle later got married to David Eason on their North Carolina property in September 2017. This was eight months after they had their daughter, Ensley.

Following a challenging period, David was accused of a minor child abuse offense related to Jace. Jenelle compared it to a public smear campaign. She subsequently disclosed that they had parted ways. “I wished I could’ve filed for divorce immediately,” she stated on social media, “but in North Carolina, you need to be legally separated for a year first, and you must demonstrate that you have two distinct residences.

Recall the suave guy who inquired from his former girlfriend, Chelsea Houska, about signing documents related to what he considered a misstep?

Completely in the rearview.

Despite the long history, the former Teen Mom star who transitioned into HGTV has a relatively peaceful bond with her high school ex, Adam Lind, Aubree’s father. As she shared with Us Weekly, “There’s no negative energy, and it’s an extremely open relationship.” She added, “We don’t harbor any ill feelings, and when we cross paths, everything is just fine.

In 2014, Chelsea and Cole DeBoer’s chance encounter at a gas station blossomed into an eternal bond when they got married in October 2016. Since then, their family has grown with the arrival of son Watson in 2017, followed by daughters Layne in 2018 and Walker in 2021. Most recently, this loving couple embarked on a new shared venture: Their HGTV series titled “Down Home Fab”.

Speaking with TopMob News, Chelsea expressed her desire for their return to television to be a positive, uplifting experience. She wanted it to allow them to showcase their genuine personalities, which is why she felt this move was perfectly suited to them. In her own words, she described it as an exciting chance to do so.

Initially friends and later spouses, Leah Messer and Corey Simms, had aspirations of building a lifelong family together. However, just six months following their October 2010 marriage, the parents of teenage twins Aleeah and Aliannah opted to file for divorce.

Corey has been married to Miranda Patterson since 2013.

In 2012, Leah tied the knot with Jeremy Calvert. The following year, they became parents to a daughter named Adalynn.

Despite parting ways in 2015, they’ve strived diligently to coparent their daughter, with outcomes that aren’t always perfect. Leah expressed her feelings to TopMob News, saying, “I see a more complete and improved version of myself. It’s enchanting to witness what they adore and appreciate in life, and being able to encourage them and be involved in their journeys is truly magical. I cherish it. I cherish being a mother, particularly for girls.

By 2021, when Leah made their relationship Instagram official with Jaylan Mobley, this U.S. Army officer had already won over both Leah and her daughters with his charm.

The couple announced their engagement in August 2022, but broke up that October.

A year after her breakup, the ‘Teen Mom’ celebrity admitted to TopMob News that she really needed it. She shared that she has gained valuable insights from this past relationship, and as a result, she feels excited about what lies ahead in her life, as if it’s just starting now.

At the tender age of seventeen, Kailyn Lowry gave birth to her oldest child, Isaac, with her then-boyfriend Jo Rivera, in the year 2010.

Though they parted ways a year later, they now share a harmonious co-parenting relationship. In fact, Kailyn has teamed up with Jo’s wife, Vee Torres, on her canceled podcast titled “Baby Mamas No Drama“. Expressing her feelings after attending Jo and Vee’s wedding in 2018, Kailyn wrote on social media, “We’ve come a long way since we were 18. I couldn’t ask for a better stepmother for Isaac.

In November 2013, Kailyn’s second child, Lincoln, became part of the team. This was around about a year after she married Lincoln’s father, Javi Marroquin, who was then well-known on Teen Mom 2.

In late 2016, their relationship has had its ups and downs, with Javi and his fiancée Lauren Comeau (who are already parents to son Eli) announcing in December 2023 that they were expecting another child – this time a girl.

Despite having sons Lux and Creed together during their intermittent relationship with Chris Lopez, Kailyn ultimately decided to end things permanently between them.

As of last year (2020), I haven’t been exchanging words with anyone, I must admit. Yet, I remain optimistic about the future and believe things will improve gradually. I don’t have any grand plans or expectations; I merely hope for the best, keeping my fingers crossed that our children’s lives find a resolution, wherever it may lead.

In her current relationship with Elijah Scott, Kailyn now feels she has a solid basis. “It’s quite distinct from my past partners and the fathers of my children,” she shared with People about Elijah, father to her son Rio and twins Verse and Valley. “He works with concrete, getting his hands dirty at work. Yet, he’s also deeply committed as a family man. He has strong ties with his own family, ours too, which makes him an excellent partner for me. I believe our partnership is a good fit.

A strong enough one that she finally said yes to one of his many proposals, in fact.

In a conversation with TopMob News in September 2024, Kailyn clarified about her neighbor-turned-spouse. She explained that he had proposed marriage on multiple occasions and she never flatly refused. Instead, she replied, “Yes, but not just yet.

Though she admitted that the construction worker had definitely influenced her opinion about marriage, she’s not in a hurry to purchase a white wedding dress. Kailyn humorously added, “Whether or not we get married soon depends on the particular day you ask me.

Despite facing numerous highs and lows since the birth of their daughter Kloie in 2017, Indiana residents Jade Cline and Sean Austin hinted to followers in January 2022 that they were experiencing a positive turn in their lives.

In a conversation with TopMob News, I shared that there were significant events that impacted our lives, along with substantial advancements in Sean’s personal journey and future prospects. I am incredibly proud of him, and I’m thrilled about where we find ourselves today. Fast forwarding eight months, we excitedly announced our engagement, exchanging vows in October 2023.

2024 saw Jade admit to TopMob News that her relationship isn’t flawless all the time. However, she emphasized that their love for one another keeps them going, and they manage to make things function smoothly despite the occasional hiccups.

In the year 2021, residents of California, Ashley Jones and Bar Smith, exchanged vows in a private ceremony. This was four years after they had become parents to their daughter, Holly.

But after calling off their romance several times, Ashley officially filed for divorce in 2024.

After more than a decade since “16 and Pregnant” star Briana DeJesus and Devoin Austin II became parents to Nova in 2011, there were hints that they might rekindle their relationship.

Currently, Briana shared with TopMob News in 2024, “What I’m looking for now is a genuine adult male, not the youthful figures I’ve been accustomed to dating in my past.

Ever since my stint on the solitary season of Teen Mom 3, I’ve been part of the dynamic cast on Teen Mom 2 from its eighth installment. The world met my second little miracle, Stella, who graced us with her presence on July 2017, courtesy of my former partner, Luis Miguel.

Ever since then, my interactions with Luis have been inconsistent at best. In a December 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2, I shared with Dr. Drew that I believe he desires a family with me. Given that I’m not ready to provide that for him, it seems he prefers to keep his distance entirely.
