Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Will Launch With 1080p/60 FPS, 1440p/30 FPS Modes on Consoles

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I can’t help but feel a thrill of anticipation as the beta for Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown approaches. The promise of two graphical modes on next-gen consoles is music to my ears, especially the Performance Mode at 1080p/60 FPS – that’s the kind of smooth gameplay I live for!

Apart from revealing details about the beta stages for “Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown,” Nacon and KT Racing also disclosed that the game’s versions for Xbox Series X/S and PS5 will debut with two graphic settings at launch. The Performance Mode ensures a smooth 1080p at 60 frames per second, while the Quality Mode offers a resolution of 1440 and runs at 30 frames per second.

As a dedicated fan, I’m excited to share that while we continue refining the game, beta players can already dive into a Progressive Quality Mode running at 30 FPS. Please note that this version doesn’t yet showcase the final product’s graphical brilliance, as our team is still fine-tuning the visuals and optimizing for an outstanding console experience. Global release of “Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown” is scheduled for September 12th, supporting Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC platforms. Those owning the Gold, Silver Streets, Silver Sharps, or Collector Editions are eligible for a closed beta testing period from August 27th to 30th. Furthermore, Gold Edition holders have an additional opportunity to participate in the VIP Beta from August 13th to 18th.

Regarding the initial open beta announcement, Nacon hasn’t provided an update yet, so keep an eye out for further announcements within the next few weeks.
