That '90s Show Part 3 Coming Sooner Than Expected, Releases New Trailer

As a seasoned gamer of sitcom series, hailing from the golden era of television, I must say the news about That ’90s Show Part 3 dropping next week has sent my nostalgia-filled heart racing! I’ve been on this rollercoaster since That ’70s Show first graced our screens back in the late 90s, and now to see it continue with new adventures set in the following decade is like finding a rare collectible in a game of hide-and-seek.

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m super hyped to share some exciting news! Netflix just announced that we’ll be diving back into the world of That ’90s Show a week earlier than planned, on August 22nd! The continuation of the beloved sitcom, That ’70s Show, is almost here, and they’ve dropped a trailer to get us even more pumped. The story picks up right where part two left off, with two fresh faces – Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes from Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back – busting through the wall of Red and Kitty Forman’s house! Can’t wait to see what happens next!

In the sequel, Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp reprise their characters from the original show, and in the first season, many of the initial actors made guest appearances, with Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Ashton Kutcher, and Mila Kunis returning. This new time, it seems that Prepon has a permanent role, joining Smith, Rupp, and the rest of the cast. Check out the trailer here: [link to the trailer]

Here’s the official synopsis for That ’90s Show Part 3:

1996 finds Leia Forman back in Point Place for another sun-soaked summer with her friends and grandparents, Kitty and Red. In Part 3, the narrative resumes right in the Forman kitchen, where upon their return from Paris, an enormous hole is discovered in the wall – just one of the challenges Leia encounters this season. Relationships bloom, existing ones deepen, but friendships are stretched to their limits. Just when things seem to be settling down, a figure from the past resurfaces, threatening to disrupt everything once more. With summer drawing to a close, the group must confront Leia’s impending departure again, but this time she refuses to go without a struggle.

The main cast of “That ’90s Show” includes Kurtwood Smith, Debra Jo Rupp, Callie Haverda, Ashley Aufderheide, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Donovan, Reyn Doi, and Sam Morelos. Additionally, the creators Bonnie and Terry Turner will be back at Point Place, along with their daughter Lindsey Turner, showrunner/executive producer Gregg Mettler, and executive producers Marcy Carsey and Tom Werner. New to the series are executive producers Jessica Goldstein and Chrissy Pietrosh.

That ’90s Show Part 3 will debut on Netflix next week. The first two parts are already streaming.
