Right after the cinema debut of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Paramount Pictures announced that a fourth film in the series is forthcoming.

According to Variety’s report, it’s planned that Sonic the Hedgehog 4 will be released sometime in spring 2027 (tentatively).
