Rebel Wolves, a team of ex-CD Projekt RED members, have finally revealed their debut title, “The Blood of Dawnwalker“. As previously mentioned last month, this AAA open world action RPG has been officially unveiled. The studio and publisher Bandai Namco have recently premiered an extended cinematic trailer, offering a glimpse into the game’s ominous fantasy atmosphere. You can watch it here below.
The game, titled “The Blood of Dawnwalker,” is set amidst the majestic Carpathian Mountains during the 14th century. It introduces our hero, a youth named Coen, who transforms into a Dawnwalker and embarks on a journey to safeguard those dear to him. The narrative emphasizes the significant role of vampires in this tale, granting players the power to harness various vampiric skills throughout their adventure.
The introductory trailer for Blood of Dawnwalker features in-game cinematic sequences as well as fleeting peeks of preliminary gameplay footage from the early stages, demonstrating how the game utilizes Unreal Engine 5. A complete gameplay unveiling is scheduled for later this summer.
The game titled “Blood of Dawnwalker” is currently being worked on for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and personal computers. At this point, a specific launch date or timeframe has not been disclosed.
