As a die-hard fan of horror movies, particularly The Conjuring franchise, I can’t help but feel a thrill of anticipation as Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson gear up for their latest paranormal adventure. With Michael Chaves at the helm once again, I’m confident that The Conjuring: Last Rites will send chills down my spine just like its predecessors.
In a new development, Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson, who have been instrumental in the success of the Conjuring series, are back for the final installment. Filming has commenced recently. Similar to The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It released in 2021, this upcoming movie will also be directed by Michael Chaves. The film is tentatively titled The Conjuring: Last Rites and it’s rumored that the storyline will revolve around a true haunting incident involving the Smurl family, which took place in 1986.
As a passionate movie enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that I’m reviewing “The Conjuring: Last Rites,” a chilling addition to the series based on the real-life paranormal investigations of Ed and Lorraine Warren. This cinematic adventure is being brought to life by none other than James Wan from Atomic Monster, alongside Peter Safran for The Safran Company. New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. have joined forces on this production.
