The First Berserker: Khazan Voice Cast Revealed, Includes Ben Starr as Khazan

As a seasoned gamer with decades of gaming experience under my belt, I must say that the upcoming release of “The First Berserker: Khazan” has piqued my interest significantly. The fact that Ben Starr, who brought Clive Rosfield to life in Final Fantasy 16, is now voicing Khazan is a delightful twist that has me eagerly awaiting the game’s launch.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that a fresh video spotlighting the artistic minds behind Nexon’s The First Berserker: Khazan has just been released! For those who’ve wondered for months, yes, it’s indeed Ben Starr, the captivating voice of Clive Rosfield from Final Fantasy 16, bringing Khazan to life. Dive into his thoughts and insights below!

From my point of view, I’m captivated by Khazan, the legendary hero whose life is a whirlwind of conflicting loyalties and a complex bond with the Blade Phantom. Yet, it’s Anthony Howell’s method of bringing the Blade Phantom to life that truly intrigues me. Not only does he use a commanding deep voice for the main character, but he also adds two more voices – one high-pitched and another mid-toned – to convey the notion of multiple entities residing within one being.

Among the significant characters are Holly Earl (known as Lillia in League of Legends) portraying Daphrona, a character who serves Charon. Wilf Scolding, who has also worked on Final Fantasy 16, takes on the role of Lantimos, belonging to a dynasty that’s been weakened. Despite not holding any real power, his air of arrogance and entitlement persists.

On March 27th, 2025, “The First Berserker: Khazan” will be released for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC platforms. A free demo of this game can be accessed on January 16th. You can watch the cinematic trailer, overseen by the Russo brothers, by clicking here.
