The Forsyte Saga Starring Damian Lewis and Gina McKee Now Streaming on Netflix!

Delight for enthusiasts of historical dramas! The critically acclaimed series, The Forsyte Saga, starring Damian Lewis (Wolf Hall, Homeland) and Gina McKee (Line of Duty, Notting Hill), has made its way onto Netflix.

The first season of ten episodes from the early 2000s remake of John Galsworthy’s novels, initially produced by ITV and now accessible on ITVX, has been acquired by a popular streaming service.

The series chronicles the highs and lows experienced by three generations of the affluent Forsyte family from the Victorian era, primarily focusing on characters Lewis’s Soames and Jolyon, played by Rupert Graves (Sherlock), with McKee depicting Soames’ wife Irene.

The series garnered critical acclaim, earning the BAFTA for Best Original Television Music in 2003, and was additionally nominated for the Best Original Television Music award and the Best Production Design recognition the subsequent year.
