On August 7, “The House of the Dead 2: Remake” is set to release for Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam and GOG) priced at $24.99 / €24.99. Further releases on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One will follow at a later time, as confirmed by publishers Forever Entertainment and developers MegaPixel Studio.

About
Remake” is an updated version of the second game from the popular and well-known rail shooter series. You can play as James or Gary, a secret agent working alone, or join forces with another player in cooperative mode to eliminate the menacing undead creatures that come your way.
Story
In February of the year 2000, an unsuspecting small city found itself under siege by ominous beings. Two agents from AMS, James Taylor and Gary Stewart, were dispatched to look into this mystery. Upon their arrival, they observed a scene reminiscent of the Curien Mansion event that had taken place in 1998. Eager to find the root cause of the invasion, they started blasting through waves of these creatures.
