Even though the PC version of “The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered” is about to release, there’s some additional content in store for PS5 players too. Two new characters, Bill and Marlene from “The Last of Us Part 1”, will be joining the roster in No Return.
Each character has their distinct gameplay approach: Bill, the Smuggler, isn’t great at dodging but he stands up well to melee attacks and garners double the loot from drops. He also has the ability to acquire a customized pump-action shotgun from fallen enemies. Marlene, on the other hand, is a Risk Taker who wields a Custom Assault Rifle. She can opt for an alternative path once and make use of “All or Nothing” Gamble tactics.
Excitedly speaking, not only are we getting a fresh update, but it’s also bringing four brand-new maps to our beloved mode – Overlook, School, Nest, and Streets! If you’re a campaign fan like me, these maps will undoubtedly stir up some nostalgia. The addition of these levels is set to shake up the intensity of No Return even further. Mark your calendars for April 3rd, as this content (along with some tantalizing new Trophies) synchronizes with the PC version, all rolled out in patch 2.0.0.
Previously mentioned, connecting your PlayStation Network (PSN) account to your computer, if you choose to do so, will reward you with a fresh Ellie skin modeled after Jordan’s jacket from “Intergalactic”.
