The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak Accolades Trailer Highlights Critical Acclaim

As a seasoned RPG enthusiast who’s traversed the vast landscapes of Gallia, Zemuria, and now Edith, I can confidently say that Falcom’s latest masterpiece, The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak, has truly outdone itself. Having spent countless hours in the world of Crossbell, it was a delight to finally set foot in the capital city of Calvard Republic.

In the past month, Falcom’s newest addition to the The Legend of Heroes series titled Trails through Daybreak, has been released on PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch in North America and Europe. So far, it has garnered widespread critical acclaim, as evidenced by a new trailer showcasing some of its accolades. You can watch this below.

In the city of Edith, capital of the Calvard Republic, the game named “Trails through Daybreak,” originally known as “Kuro no Kiseki,” is released in the West. The players assume control over Van Arkride, a Spriggan who performs various tasks, some borderline illegal. As events unfold, he accepts a case from Agnès Claudel and sets off on an extended adventure that involves enigmatic entities such as Ouroboros, Almata, the Bracer Guild, and others.

Instead of drawing on previous works, “The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC” provides a clean start for novices, featuring a revamped engine, real-time battle mode, and numerous other enhancements. For additional insights, don’t forget to read our review.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that NIS America has confirmed the release of “Trails through Daybreak 2” in early 2025 for the Western markets. On a personal note, I can hardly contain my excitement!
