Frank isn’t looking for a way out of the shadows. It won’t be an easy watch. Whether that fits the Netflix style, well, if it does, that’s exactly what we’re aiming for.
Ultimately, Bernthal assured us that the upcoming special will not tone down the character, so fans can look forward to a truly thrilling experience.
Who will star in The Punisher special on Disney Plus?
In the case of The Punisher on Disney Plus, only Jon Bernthal has been confirmed to return in his role as the main character, Frank Castle (also recognized by the title). Unfortunately, at this point, we can’t definitively say who else will be joining the cast.
In a new twist, this upcoming special may feature a variety of fresh characters. However, since it’s being unveiled concurrently with Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, there’s a possibility that it could also bring back characters like Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock or Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page.
