Already generating considerable buzz among fans worldwide, The Mournful Ballad of the Crimson Bell promises an enthralling journey for all who dare to partake.

In the core of sunlit Hemeria lies the towering Redbell Tree, reaching towards the heavens. For ages, this kingdom had been under the rule of a monarchy, providing its inhabitants with a serene and harmonious life. However, one fateful day, the world was bathed in red – a change that disrupted this peaceful existence.

That fateful day saw Hemeria being ravaged by vampires. They feasted on, consumed, and ruined the lives of its citizens. Many would spend the remainder of their days grieving for their lost loved ones – family members and friends. One town within Hemeria endured an unimaginable tragedy. A young girl was left desolate and disgraced as the sole survivor. She swore vengeance, transforming herself into one of Hemeria’s most renowned vampire slayers.

And one day, she became a member of the Elpis 7; those who inspired a light of hope in its people.

One day, she encounters a letter from an unidentified source. Upon visiting the mansion mentioned within, she discovers vampire hunters and a noble knight already present. As the hunters gather, they are given instructions directly from the monarch.

They’re tasked with assembling a team and attacking Nyx, the realm of vampires. A tingle of excitement electrifies her at this long-awaited chance. Yet, this is merely the start of a game where the survival of their world hangs in the balance. Pieces are moved, lost, concealed from view…

And just how many will remain when this all comes to an end?

She who hunts for Revenge.

A distinguished vampire slayer, part of the Elpis 7 team, took up this role after her last living family member was brutally murdered by a bloodsucker. Driven by vengeance, she channeled her rage into becoming a vigilante against the undead. Instead of succumbing to her anger, she wields grace and power, earning her admiration as a guardian angel for the masses.

In other settings too, she’s just as powerful and unyielding, and if the inhabitants of Hemeria dare to challenge her in games, she doesn’t hesitate to bend or break the rules to achieve victory.

The revelation that there’s an entryway to Nyx, the realm of vampires, ignites a spark in her heart, prompting her to seize an unparalleled chance for retribution, plunging herself into it without hesitation.

He who hunts for Power.

Amongst the esteemed group of vampire slayers known as the Elpis 7, he is highly respected for his exceptional strength. It’s said that he managed to vanquish a powerful aristos vampire when he was just ten years old.

He generally prefers to be alone rather than socialize with others, yet he admires people striving for strength and may occasionally collaborate with the heroine. His self-worth comes from his own strength, which he cultivates through daily training, but he is practical and avoids unnecessary fighting.

In response to the kingdom’s call for aid during the invasion of Nyx, it is him who shares the most aligned goals with the heroine. They consider him as their ace in the hole.

Garrett Welkin (voiced by Daisuke Namikaa)

He who hunts under Order.

The hero of Hemeria, promoted to Commander of the Royal Order at a young age.

His rapid promotion to Commander occurred because he experienced a massive vampire attack during his adolescence. Most of his training comrades perished in this encounter, yet he was the lone survivor. In doing so, he saved countless lives and gained recognition as a hero.

He is the public’s brightest hope against their fear of vampires.

Though he often comes across as stern and unyielding, and even professes disdain for vampire hunters, this individual unexpectedly presents himself to the heroine as the leader of the hunting party.

Asher Thompson (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto)

He who hunts to Live.

The heroine’s longtime friend, known for his radiant and kind demeanor. Following an unexpected absence, he reappears, now renowned as part of the distinguished group, the Elpis 7.

Both of his parents, the Thompsons, serve as both vampire hunters and mentors towards the heroine.

He’s like a beacon of positivity amidst the gloomy teammates, yet unlike the Asher she used to know from her past, there’s an enigmatic quality surrounding him.

The cheerful nature he exudes serves as a strong bond among the hunters, with the belief that his positivity can pierce the gloom brought on by Nyx.

Rhodes Heartfield (voiced by Kengo Kawanishi)

He who raids for Pride.

A graceful and captivating aristocratic vampire. This immortal creature has a penchant for human blood and possesses the ability to wield magic.

Wrapped in the aroma of blossoms, he ensnares his targets with a gentle grin and alluring phrases. Hiding his genuine nature from the heroine, he subtly infiltrates her emotions, compelling her to obey him unknowingly.

Does he wish to prey on humans, or does he despise them? His true intentions are unknown.
