Ahoy there, fellow adventure-seekers! After diving headfirst into the sands of time with The Rogue Prince of Persia, I can confidently say that its latest update, The Second Act, has taken this already thrilling journey to new heights – or should I say, new biomes?
As a dedicated admirer, I’m thrilled to share that The Rogue Prince of Persia has undergone its most significant transformation yet with the arrival of The Second Act! Not only has the visual aesthetic been dramatically revamped, but it also introduces two fresh environments – the Golden Mines and Craftsmen’s District. These additions come accompanied by two formidable new bosses and some exhilarating tracks courtesy of ASADI. Don’t forget to catch a glimpse of the exciting release trailer below!
In the latest update, titled “New Story Act,” you’ll find an updated version of Act 1 along with a fresh addition to the storyline. Please be aware that moving your save game to a new slot might require you to start afresh in terms of story progress and biome exploration. However, any earned skill points, weapon unlocks, Awakening stones, and Soul Cinders will carry over seamlessly to your new game.
Five additional adversaries have been added to the mix – Digger, Assassin, Skystalker, Trapper, and Ranged Lookout. Additionally, there are now three save points available, and some alterations have been made to the game’s challenge level. For instance, the difficulty increases following the defeat of a boss, and adjustments have been made to the kinds of enemies that appear in different environments.
