The Traitors’ banished Faithfuls explain what fans don’t see about emotional series

Just like many reality series I adore, from my perspective as a devoted viewer, it seems we’re only granted a glimpse of countless hours of footage – and, based on what some of the cast members have shared, The Traitors appears to be no exception to this rule.

In this series, we’ve had heated discussions that led to several loyal characters being expelled from the castle, along with plots filled with deceitful murders and dangerous missions. Fitting all of these elements together might seem straightforward for spectators, but it’s not always so simple behind the scenes.

In my humble opinion as a film critic, I found myself rather taken aback by Nathan’s premature departure from the grandiose castle. His conduct during the carriage ride was nothing short of alarming, raising suspicions among several of the players. However, it was later revealed that he had remained steadfast in his loyalty, being a Faithful individual all along.

In conversation with TopMob magazine, Nathan shared his thoughts: “On screen, it seems effortless, but in reality, it’s incredibly intense.

To viewers at home, it might seem puzzling why the players show such strong emotions, whether they’re tense or tearful conversations. However, there’s a deeper story behind their reactions that isn’t immediately apparent.

Reflecting on seasons 1 and 2, I recall thinking, “Why are they crying so frequently? It doesn’t seem that profound.” Now, I can only say I feel sorry for having felt that way. In the show, you’re completely cut off from the outside world, making it your entire existence. Although I dislike the fact I shed tears on live television, I am also proud. It’s alright to cry.

Every few seconds, I found myself mentally urging myself to remain calm. I chose not to revisit the episode where I said goodbye, as it was too painful. However, I experienced a great sense of release once I was exiled.

To date, nine individuals have either been exiled or killed, and the hunt for the next target is intensifying among the Traitors. The game is definitely heating up.

Although Linda seems to arouse suspicion, Minah, the potential traitor, is skillfully maneuvering the game, potentially advancing her all the way to the finale.

Given that Dan hinted at a Traitor among those close to him, prior to his exile, could it be possible for the remaining Faithful to discern the identity of the one sabotaging them?
