Raise a glass to Kristen Doute’s mom era.
The Valley star and fiancé Luke Brodrick welcomed a baby girl named Kaia Lily on June 11.
Kristen expressed to Us Weekly on June 13 that she can hardly believe it, but Luke is even more attractive as a father, leaving her feeling incredibly fortunate. Despite not having slept or had a shower in two days, the sight of their daughter and being able to hold her has made it all worthwhile. They are completely overwhelmed with love and deeply grateful for their new addition – their lives have already been transformed beyond recognition.
They decided on naming their daughter “the sea” (in Hawaiian) as a reflection of their affection for the place where they became engaged.
She shared that her desire for their baby’s name was connected to water in some way, as she adores lilies – flowers symbolizing fresh starts, elegance, and kindness. Notably, the name Lily also signifies a tender and compassionate character.
In November, Kristen, who openly discussed having a miscarriage in 2023, revealed that she was expecting and provided insights into her struggle with fertility issues.
In conversation with People magazine, the 40-year-old shared, “Following our miscarriage last year, we decided to plan for another pregnancy starting from early 2024. Given my advanced age could potentially impact conception, Luke and I agreed to seek additional assistance or extra support in our efforts.
Kristen, who began dating Luke in 2022, mentioned later in summer. ‘We chose to consult with a fertility specialist to understand our possibilities and the potential next move if we decided to proceed that way,’ she said. ‘The following month was filled with learning about fertility, followed by hormone injections and preparing my body for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI).’
And so it was a dream come true for the Vanderpump Rules alum to see her positive test.
Kristen clarified that for an accurate pregnancy test result, a two-week waiting period is necessary. Although she was eager, she held her patience, feeling deep inside that it must have taken. She tested a day early and to her delight, the words ‘PREGNANT’ gleamed back at her.
After all, she had been preparing herself and Luke for their journey to take longer.
She went on saying, “I felt a mix of relief, joy, excitement, happiness, and nervousness. When I shared the news with Luke, he wasn’t taken aback, but rather incredibly happy that IUI succeeded on our first try (we knew it might not). To put it simply, he was thrilled and overjoyed, almost beyond description!
Another delightful twist was discovering they were expecting a baby girl. To Kristen’s amazement, she had been certain they would be welcoming a baby boy instead.
Additionally, as Kristen shares her pregnancy adventure openly with fans, it’s worth noting that she has been honest about her past struggle with pregnancy loss. She has spoken before about the supportive network that aided her in coping with the pain and sorrow this experience brought.
On their podcast ‘Sex, Love, and What Else Matters’ in November 2023, she shared that many women have experienced this situation. It’s incredibly scary because you constantly question yourself: ‘What’s the issue? Where did I go wrong? Could I have acted differently?’ However, both my doctor and friends have reassured me from all angles, saying there’s no reason for this.
Kristen and Luke are about to embark on more than just parenthood; they’re also preparing to start their married life as they got engaged in September while vacationing in Hawaii, making them a newlywed couple after nearly three years together.

A significant portion of the initial season of Vanderpump Rules, airing in 2013, revolved around the drama stemming from Jax’s infidelity with Stassi in Las Vegas. Following a liaison with co-star Kristen Doute during season two, their relationship ultimately ended for good.
As a lifestyle aficionado, I’m sharing an intriguing journey: In 2017, while still starring on a popular show, I found myself starting a romantic relationship with a casting executive. Fast forward to 2020, after my departure from the series due to its conclusion, I walked down the aisle with my beloved Beau in a private ceremony during the height of the pandemic. Our little bundle of joy, Hartford, arrived in our lives just a few months later in January 2021. It’s been an incredible ride!
In May 2022, the couple had a formal wedding in Italy, and they became parents to their second child, their son named Messer, in 2023.
In the year 2015, Jax encountered Brittany for the first time, a meeting that transpired post his separation from Stassi. After overcoming a betrayal controversy involving Jax and their fellow cast member Faith Stowers, they tied the knot at a castle in Brittany’s native Kentucky in 2019. Their wedding special was broadcast on Bravo not long after.
In the month of April 2021, a year following their departure from the show, Jax and Brittany proudly announced the birth of their firstborn son, named Cruz.
Regrettably, it was revealed in February 2024 that they had parted ways, with Brittany choosing to leave their shared home. In August of the same year, she formally initiated divorce proceedings.
In 2013, after his split with Kristen Doute, Tom started dating Ariana who joined the show during season three. Over nine years, this couple became one of VPR‘s most steadfast pairs, purchasing a home together, adopting dogs, and even collaborating on a cocktail book.
Due to its stability, people were taken aback when news broke in March 2023 about the TomTom co-owner’s seven-month relationship with a fellow actor. This revelation led to the end of his relationship with Ariana.
After the cheating scandal, Tom attributes their growing distance to a lack of emotional connection as one factor. Additionally, he stated that they had already parted ways when the infidelity news broke, although he disclosed that he and Raquel shared their first kiss in August 2022, well before Ariana became aware.
Approximately a month following Ariana’s split from Tom due to his infidelity with Raquel, the television personality found solace with personal trainer Daniel Wai. In April 2023, they were seen sharing affectionate moments and getting comfortable during the first weekend of Coachella.

After her divorce from Mike Shay in 2017, Scheana encountered Brock in San Diego two years later through mutual friends. It was an instant love connection for them. The couple became parents to their daughter, Summer Moon Honey, in April 2021, and then got married.
Back in August 2022, Scheana and Brock’s beautiful Cancún wedding unfolded on VPR season 10, but what I found absolutely fascinating was the bombshell revelation she dropped during the April 2023 episode – they had actually tied the knot (legally) a full year before their destination ceremony!
After six years of dating, the longtime couple tied the knot in August 2016. But their tumultuous relationship, often showcased on Bravo, lasted for 12 years and was marked by tension and frequent arguments. Eventually, Katie reached her limit. In March 2022, she decided to end her marriage with the co-owner of TomTom, marking the end of their 12-year relationship.
Tom’s kiss with Raquel in August 2022 put an end to any lingering friendship between them. On season 10 of ‘VPR’, Katie started seeing a new romantic interest, actor Satchel Clendenin, but they are no longer together now.
Tom is also currently single.
For a period of five years, James and Raquel were romantically involved and even became engaged. However, they ended their relationship in November 2021. Later on, the ex-beauty queen attributed some of their separation to James’ anger problems.
At the airing of VPR’s ninth season reunion in January 2022, James and Raquel disclosed that they had minimal intimate moments during the two preceding years before their split.
James began dating Kristen Doute when he joined the series in its third season, but they parted ways in 2015.
In the wake of my separation from Raquel, I found myself stepping into a new chapter of my life in early 2022 with the lovely Ally Lewber by my side. We first caught the public’s attention in January and made our official debut on the red carpet together just a month later.
In the premiere of season 10, Ally first appeared on “Vanderpump Rules”, and subsequently, viewers witnessed the pair deciding to share a home together.

As a dedicated follower, let me share my perspective: Following Sandoval and her brief romance with Jax, I had short-term relationships with Brian Carter, which were featured on Bravo. Later, I spent two years with Alex Menache, but we parted ways in June 2022.
Kristen quickly discovered love again during the very same month. She encountered Luke Broderick when they both served as bridesmaid and groomsman at a mutual friend’s wedding that summer. Starting from season two, Kristina has graced the show several times. In March 2023, she and her long-term partner Max Ville became parents to a baby boy named River, after being together for more than a dozen years.
