The Walt Disney Company Was Provided USAID Funds by the Biden Administration to Create NatGeo Content

According to That Park Place’s latest findings, it seems that The Walt Disney Company may have profited from connections with the Biden Administration, thanks to funding they received from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Specifically, approximately six million dollars were earmarked for a collaboration between The Walt Disney Company Africa and National Geographic to produce a show called “Team Sayari”. This production, which appears to have had limited viewership, was developed under a partnership that also included USAID, the U.S. Department of State, The Walt Disney Company, National Geographic, and WildlifeDirect. The aim of this project was to foster environmental stewards among young people through an educational children’s TV series and community outreach initiatives across Africa.

Based on public information, it was in 2021 that funding for the show was granted to The Walt Disney Company, following Biden’s inauguration. The show premiered a year later in 2022. As of now, there is no known breakdown of how much of the $6 million budget came from US taxpayer funds versus Disney’s own resources. Given the high production quality of the show, it raises doubts about whether the allocated funds were effectively managed.

A National Geographic website describes the show as such:

Show “Team Planet” (which means planet in Kiswahili) focuses on a lively team of up-and-coming conservationists, joined by FUNZI – an advanced AI depicted as a massive, luminescent DNA double helix – who together form Africa’s guardians. Operating from their vibrant and technologically-advanced headquarters known as the Sayari Basecamp.

Finding details about this series proves challenging. Even IMDB appears indecisive if it’s been cancelled or will get additional episodes. While we found a potential promo for a second season, there’s no clear confirmation on whether USAID continued funding for further production. The USAID website is currently just a landing page due to significant changes under the Trump administration.

The examination of USAID and its financing towards traditional news corporations has seen a significant surge, with Elon Musk specifically urging the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to focus on rooting out unnecessary and fraudulent expenditures within these areas.

I checked to see whether Disney received funds from USAID, and here’s an intriguing discovery…

At That Park Place, we’ve recently embarked on a thorough examination of Disney Company subsidiaries to determine if they received taxpayer funds during the past four years. Currently, our findings are limited to the Team Sayari project. As more revelations surface about excessive government spending, such as Politico premium memberships, it appears plausible that the US Government has, for a long time, used extravagant spending to support and win favor with established media companies. The reasons behind these actions might not have been clear to the public until now.

The Politico scandal is worse than you think.

It’s not $8M that Politico received from USAID.

It’s $34.3M that Politico has received from various swampy federal govt agencies.

Politico is, without a doubt, a totally corrupt propaganda arm of the swamp.
