The game will offer a variety of language options, including English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, catering to a global audience like myself!
Initially, “The World According to Girl” debuted on PC through Steam on February 22, 2022. Subsequently, it became available on Xbox Series, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on February 15, 2024.

“A game about turning an ordinary girl into the savior of the world.”
In “The World as Seen by a Girl,” you will experience a blend of deck-building mechanics similar to a roguelike game, along with a heartwarming narrative where you assume the role of a caretaker, guiding a young girl on her journey to become a savior.
Examples of “Human Resources (Card) Effects”:
- This season, gain +1 cost
- All entertainers give +2 to a status of 1 or higher
- Call for random emergency or surprise.
Spend six seasons (turns) a year, seven years in all (42 turns total) to raise the girl and develop a true savior.
Towards the close of the year, you’ll encounter a confrontation with the Inquisitor, where she assesses the girl’s skills. Utilize the girl’s talents and the knowledge you’ve cultivated to secure victory in order to ensure the progression of your “plan.
The story’s conclusion alters based on the girl’s talents. Witness her journey and the world unfold, leading up to the finale.
