However, on a particular day, all items ranging from Daisy’s high-end Chanel clothing to the burger prepared by Perry specifically for the 2019 Met Gala might become hers.

She acknowledged, though, with a laugh, that there’s a possibility her daughter might just prefer a gothic style and say something like, “No, Mom. I don’t want them, thanks.
Since Perry’s fashion sense seems to fluctuate as much as a woman might change her outfits.
She shared her story with Vogue, recalling that at age 13 she began developing her personal fashion style by scouring thrift and vintage stores for one-of-a-kind pieces from the ’40s and ’50s. This gave her a retro pinup look to kickstart her journey. This reminiscing led us back to her explosive debut in 2008 with “One of the Boys” and its sequel “Teenage Dream” in 2010, during which she embraced full-on camp fashion, including the iconic California Gurls number featuring whipped cream-spraying lingerie.
By 2013, when she landed her debut cover for Vogue, she expressed to the magazine that she had been blessed with the chance to wear high-quality garments. She was so thankful that she simply went along with the stylist’s and team’s suggestions, understanding they knew what was best and could elevate her style further.
As she steps into a fresh new decade, marking her 40th birthday on October 25, she has come to understand the beauty of simplicity, or “less is more.” However, she also admits that occasionally, it’s delightful to show off a hint of thong and a playful prosthetic butterfly tattoo.
She clarified that her choices for red carpet outfits are diverse, based on the event or its theme. Typically, she tends to opt for two distinct styles: extravagant, eccentric, and eye-catching, or sophisticated, refined, and high-end designer.
