Every year, I eagerly look forward to Devolver Digital’s unique showcase during the bustling summer season of video game reveals, and 2025 won’t be an exception for me!
Interestingly, Devolver Directs usually lack predictability, and it appears they’re taking a daring step this year by focusing on just one game for the event.
2021’s talk is all about me, the one-man team behind BALL x PIT, entitled “BALL x PIT: The Kenny Sun Story”. This presentation will be putting my sole creation, BALL x PIT, under the limelight.
It seems like the upcoming game will be published by Devolver, with their summer presentation focusing solely on it.
As a devoted admirer, I must admit that there’s a nudge of doubt lingering in my mind regarding this method; after all, Devolver isn’t exactly known for its squeaky-clean dealings when it comes to similar situations.
Last year’s Devolver Direct event was presented as a celebration of Volvy, the publisher’s mascot character, to mark its 15th anniversary, but in reality, Volvy does not have a 15-year history.
Regardless of its final form, you’re invited to tune in on 6th June, 2025 at the following specified times:
