Performing the task ‘Mementos in the Sands’ is one of the missions available within the Monolith Wastelands, found in the game ‘Throne & Liberty.’
In the region, numerous soldiers from the Resistance have lost their lives. Regrettably, due to the aggressive animals native to the area, such as the Desert Cobras, the personal effects of these fallen heroes have been scattered across the desert sands, making it difficult for others to retrieve them. However, you shouldn’t find this a challenge!
In this walkthrough, we’ll show you an effortless method to finish the “Memories in the Sands” Achievement Book quest.
Keepsakes in the Sand Exploration Codex | Throne & Liberty Guide
In the adventure known as “The Keepsakes in the Sand” within Throne & Liberty, your journey begins in the desolate expanse called the Monolith Wastelands, Stonegard. Make sure to stop by the nearby landmark, the Crematorium, which is clearly marked on your map.
Upon reaching your destination, seek out the Crematorium Worker and engage in a conversation with him. This is your initial task as outlined in the Exploration Codex. The worker will request your assistance in eliminating the Desert Cobras nearby so that you can recover Resistance Emblems from the fallen comrades of the Resistance movement.
Before we move on to what you were planning, it’s important to first examine one of the charred bodies at the Crematorium as your second goal. There are several of them, and they all have the familiar blue star-shaped symbol. Simply click on any of them to finish this objective.
Hunting Snakes and Gathering Emblems
Following this, your third task involves vanquishing ten Desert Cobras in the Monolith Wastelands. You’ll often find them to the north of the Crematorium, specifically in the region marked on the map provided.
If your character’s level is lower than the Desert Cobras, they could prove challenging adversaries. However, if you’re properly leveled up, defeating these cobras shouldn’t present too much difficulty. To proceed with the Exploration Codex mission, eliminate 10 of them.
Moving forward, you’ll want to find three Resistance Emblems scattered across the Monolith Wastelands. These items aren’t specifically pointed out on your map, but they do appear on your mini-map with the standard blue star symbol. Keep an eye out for this icon as a guide in your search for the emblems. The image above can help you identify what you’re searching for.
After collecting the three Resistance Symbols, head back to the Crematorium Worker from the beginning of this mission. Speak with him and hand over the Resistance Symbols. He’ll express his gratitude and reward you with six Quality Accessory Enhancement Stones as a token of appreciation!
