In the latest update, version 2.1.0 of the game Throne & Liberty (Global), Nebula Island has been introduced as a new feature. It’s an exciting method to gather Artifacts.

This island is a new interserver activity for endgame farming. It has constant events and mobs that are very likely to drop noteworthy loot, with Artifacts being pretty frequent. Speaking of, Artifacts are a new type of equipment that can give you a bunch of active and passive skills. Ideal to make your character even stronger!

Eager to start? Read on and we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the Nebula Island in Throne & Liberty.

Nebula Island Guide | Throne & Liberty

Accessing the Nebula Island

On reaching Level 55 within Throne & Liberty, you’ll gain access to Nebula Island. To get there, simply click on the “Lawless Wilds” icon, which can be found under the Content section of the game’s pause menu.

This will show the info screen for Nebula Island. When you’re ready, click on the big purple “Enter” button and you will be taken there!

Worth noting, however, that you have limited playtime for Nebula Island. You get a total of 5 real-life hours to play in the Nebula Island per week. You can see your remaining playable time right above the “Enter” button before starting. This time only counts down while you’re within the Nebula Island area.

Additionally, it also shows up on the right side of the screen while you’re exploring Nebula Island.

If you wish, you can add up to an additional 3 hours per week by consuming Nebula Charge Stones. You can use them in the bottom right part of the “Lawless Wilds” menu, right before visiting the island itself. This can give you a total of 8 hours per week if you wish!

You can get Nebula Charge Stones by participating in events within the Nebula Island or by trading with the Senior Nebula Island Vendor. We’ll talk more about those later on in this guide, so don’t worry!

War and Peace

Once you get to the Nebula Island, you’ll appear near the Waypoint in the centermost part of the island. It’s worth noting here that you can see three different types of portals surrounding the Waypoint, as follows:

  • War Portals (Red) – Use this to go to one of the PvP zones within the Nebula Island.
  • Peace Portals (Blue) – Takes you to peaceful PvE-exclusive zones where PvP is disabled.
  • Return Portal (Purple in person, Orange on map) – Take this portal to leave the Nebula Island and return to the main map.

Additionally, you should keep in mind that most of the Nebula Island is currently a PvP zone. As you can see on the map above, the only Peace region in the Nebula Island is currently the Fog Forest on the east. Definitely keep that in mind if you wish to avoid fighting other players!

Events

Every now and then, there will be events taking place within the Nebula Island in Throne & Liberty. You can see them on the left-hand side of the screen from the “Lawless Wilds” menu before entering the Nebula Island.

Alternatively, they also appear in the Schedule section of your Map.

At present, you’ll find that these areas are predominantly Chaotic Zones, characterized by a surge of frenzied enemies and Field Boss encounters. Engaging in these dynamic events can yield rewards, with the Conquest Participation Award chests being particularly significant among them.

These chests are a great source of Nebula Stones and Greater Nebula Stones, which you can use for trade with the Nebula Island Vendors. The chests also contain random Epic equipment and Nebula Charge Stones, which you can use to increase your weekly Nebula Island playtime. You’ll definitely want to get these chests!

In Nebula Island, Field Bosses can only accommodate a small number of players at once. Consequently, guilds may engage in combat against each other to secure their chance to battle the boss. If you prefer avoiding player-versus-player conflicts, it would be advisable to concentrate on Frenzy Zones instead of Field Bosses.

Nebula Island Vendors

We’ve mentioned them a couple of times before, so it’s time we go over where to find them. You can find two Nebula Island Vendors at the Herba Village in Talandre, on the spot marked above.

There are two types of vendors right next to each other, as follows:

  • Nebula Island Stone Merchant, Lati – Only accepts regular Nebula Island Stones. Sells the following items:
    • Precious Blessing Pouch: Nebula x1 (1 Stone, 50 Per Week) – Can be used for a chance to get Epic T2 equipment.
    • Rare Artifact Bundle x1 (1 Stone, 100 Per Week) – Gives a random Uncommon or Rare Artifact.
    • Nebula Essence x1 (5 Stones, 15 Per Week) – Can be used to craft Greater Nebula Stones.
    • Trait Unlockstones x5 (5 Stones, 5 Bundles Per Week) – Material used to unlock Traits.
  • Senior Nebula Island Stone Merchant, Labo – Only takes Greater Nebula Island Stones and sells these items:
    • Nebula Conquest Chest x1 (1 Greater Stone, 15 Per Week) – Can be used for a chance to get Epic T2 equipment.
    • Rare Artifact Selection Chest x1 (1 Greater Stone, 15 Per Week) – Allows you to get a random Rare Artifact from a specific Artifact set of your choosing.
    • Nebula Charge Stone: 30 min x1 (3 Greater Stones, 6 Per Week) – Adds 30 extra minutes to your Nebula Island Playtime.

Worth noting the chests that say they are a chance for Epic T2 equipment really do mean a chance. While it seems that the loot is always guaranteed to be Epic, it’s not guaranteed to be T2 every time. Nonetheless, trading with the vendors every week will be a great source of loot!

Nebula Island is the Best Way to Get Artifacts

With all of the basics laid down, we just have one last thing to note… Nebula Island is simply excellent to get Artifacts of all types in Throne & Liberty! If you look at the rewards of any given area, you should notice that mobs in every area has a chance to drop Artifact Chests. This includes the Rare Artifact Selection Chest, Rare Artifact Chance Chest, and Quality Artifact Chance Chest.

Based on our observations, the likelihood of obtaining these chests seems quite high when defeating mobs within Nebula Island. Additionally, farming in this area may also yield some Nebula Stones, albeit scarce. As detailed in the previous section, you can exchange these stones with Lati to receive up to 100 Rare Artifact Bundles each week!

All in all, you’ll be getting loads of Artifacts by simply defeating enemies on the island. Ideally, you should try to engage in the PvP content in the Nebula Island to get even more loot and Nebula Stones. Otherwise, farming in the Fog Forest while it has a Frenzy Zone event is your best bet.

One drawback is that you can’t choose which type of Artifact (Talistones, Lunarstones, Solarstones) you receive. However, you will be getting a significant number of Artifacts every week, with a minimum of hundreds. This large quantity increases your chances of obtaining the specific types you need!

Here’s your guide to Nebula Island in Throne & Liberty! Spending time with this content is guaranteed to reward you with Artifacts, even if you have weekly playtime restrictions.
