“Resistance’s Role Model” is one of the most unique quests in Throne & Liberty.
In this scenario, rather than charging into an Orc encampment and slaughtering numerous adversaries, you’ll need to employ more subtle tactics… namely, disguise and infiltration! Use your Morph abilities to blend in as an Orc and scout the camp to retrieve a Specter Soul Shard.
In this walkthrough, we’ll provide all the necessary information for you to finish the mission. Let’s get ready for some strategic spy work!
Resistance’s Role Model | Throne & Liberty Guide
To initiate the “Resistance’s Role Model” Exploration Codex quest in Throne & Liberty, make your way to the Watcher’s Post located within the Fonos Basin area of Laslan. You can find it on our provided map.
As a gamer, here’s how I would put it: “Before you embark on this quest, remember to finish the ‘Exploration Codex: Land of the Wild’, located in the Fonos Basin region. Once completed, you’ll gain access to the Orc Brawler Morph – a crucial asset for this mission.
After getting the Orc Brawler Morph, make your way to the starting point of the quest. There, engage in conversation with the Watcher’s Post Captain.
Following the Captain’s directions, proceed towards the east from the Watcher’s Post to locate a catapult.
First, utilize the catapult for propulsion, then perform a stealthy landing on the outskirts of the Orcs’ encampment using Morph Glide. It’s crucial to remain concealed since being discovered might derail the quest’s progress and hinder you from acquiring essential items until you restart. If spotted, swiftly depart the area and re-employ the catapult to avoid potential glitches.
Anyway, when you do land, use your Orc Brawler Morph.
After that, proceed north on foot until you reach the Fire Cave. Since you’re dressed like an Orc Brawler, they should leave you alone, so there’s no need to fear any attacks from them.
Upon venturing into the Fire Cave, head towards its deepest point where a throne with a Specter Soul Shard awaits. Grab the Specter Soul Shard, but take heed that this action will shatter your disguise. The Orcs will then assault you, so brace yourself to either engage in combat or make a hasty escape prior to collecting it!
In order to finish the “Resistance’s Role Model” quest in Throne & Liberty, make sure to bring the Specter Soul Shard to the Watcher’s Post Captain, keeping it securely with you.
