In the early hours of February 4, the renowned golfer has sadly announced that his mother, Kultida Woods, passed away at the age of 81.
With profound sorrow, I must inform you that my beloved mother, Kultida Woods, has tragically passed away this morning. Her unique energy and indomitable spirit were truly remarkable. With a needle in one hand and a smile on her face, she was always ready to sew and laugh. She was my number one fan, my unwavering supporter, and it’s because of her that none of my personal accomplishments would have been possible.
The tiger (who has children Sam, 17, and Charlie, 15 with his former wife Elin Nordegren) expressed, “She was cherished by countless individuals, but none more so than her grandchildren Sam and Charlie. I appreciate all your support, prayers, and respect for our privacy during this challenging period for me and my family. Love you, Mom.
