The TikToker posted her initial update on social media following the announcement about the passing of her 10-month-old daughter Elliana. In this post, she shared a video depicting herself, husband Jacob Campbell, and their older daughter Ember preparing for the funeral.
To the tune of Andra Day’s empowering track “Rise Up,” the video depicted Hannah quietly applying makeup, followed by her wearing a gold necklace and beaded bracelet embellished with a charm bearing her deceased baby girl’s initial.

On April 7, Elliana sadly lost her life, a mere eleven months following her diagnosis with Junctional Epidermolysis Bullosa (JEB).
In a TikTok post on the 8th of April, Hannah shared that our beloved girl Elliana Rose sadly couldn’t win her fight. She left us peacefully, surrounded by love.
According to the Mayo Clinic, JEB (Junctional Epidermolysis Bullosa) is an uncommon condition characterized by delicate and blistering skin. This genetic ailment, predominantly observed in newborns, currently lacks a cure; however, as individuals grow older, the symptoms can sometimes lessen.
Hannah began recording Elliana’s experience with the specified condition soon after it was identified when she was just two weeks old.
I believed I was going to have a healthy newborn daughter, but I didn’t anticipate the challenges that would follow. Our due date for our little girl is approximately 9 months away.
At the moment, she expressed, “I’m uncertain about sharing this, but if it aids in raising awareness for this terrible illness, I wish that for my child. Each day, she endures pain, yet continues to smile. She is incredibly strong and deeply cherished.
On her TikTok account dated April 14th, Elliana’s skin specialist mentioned that the baby was dealing with a particularly serious instance of the given condition.
From the very first day, Ellie has been battling for her life, the doctor explained. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could have been done differently by her parents in this situation. However, the optimistic news is that as science progresses and gene therapy continues to advance, I believe there may be promising outcomes in the future. We’re not quite at that point now, but I remain hopeful that we will reach it in the years to come.
