TikToker Emilie Kiser's Lawyer Speaks Out on Son's "Nightmare" Death

Emilie Kiser wants to grieve privately after her son’s tragic death.

Approximately two weeks following the tragic drowning of their 3-year-old son Trigg Kiser, who was rescued from their backyard pool and later passed away, the TikToker provided additional insights about the incident in a lawsuit filed against Maricopa County public offices on May 27.

According to documents acquired by NBC News, Emilie’s legal representative elaborated on the influencer’s profound sorrow arising from the tragic and unintended drowning incident.

According to the lawsuit, Emilie is currently experiencing every parent’s deepest fear – she has tragically lost her young son.

The suit stated, “Emilie is doing her utmost to support her living son, two-month-old Theodore. However, each day presents a struggle.

She asked the court to prevent the disclosure of information regarding his demise, stating that it would constitute an “extremely intrusive breach of privacy.

On May 12th, as reported by USA Today, the Chandler Police Department attended an emergency at a family’s home in Arizona due to a child who had been found unconscious in their backyard pool. Upon arrival, officers and firefighters immediately performed CPR on the toddler before transporting him to Chandler Regional Hospital. Later, he was moved to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for further treatment.

However, just a few days after the incident, local officials verified that Trigg had sadly passed away due to his injuries. They also stated they were thoroughly investigating the case.

According to Sonu Wasu, spokesperson for the Chandler Police Department, our sincerest thoughts and heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends of the child during this difficult period. The inquiry into the events leading up to this incident continues, as it remains an active investigation.

As the days counted down to Trigg’s passing, Emilie offered glimpses into her role as a mom by posting numerous moments of her interacting with her children.
