As a lifestyle expert, I’m sharing an update that I recently came across: In Tennessee on September 2nd, I was among those arrested by the Crockett County Sheriff’s Department, alongside Brian Scott Lovvorn. The charges against us include illegal possession of Schedule I substances, Schedule VI substances, and two counts of endangering a child’s welfare. This information is based on reports from local authorities.
According to the department’s post on Facebook, Amy and Brian shared pictures of themselves, accompanied by a statement that authorities were asked to respond at Safari Park where a visitor was reportedly bitten by a camel. “Upon arrival,” it continued, “authorities were immediately struck by strange smells emanating from the visitor’s vehicle.”
The statement also noted, “The charges and allegations referenced in this release are merely accusations of criminal conduct and not evidence. The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted through due process of law.”
The authorities’ statement didn’t provide more information about the supposed camel bite incident, but it began with a humorous phrase that could be interpreted as, “From feeding a camel to being jailed.”
The Sheriff’s department likewise did not provide context on the child endangerment charges, though Amy shares kids Gage Deon Halterman, 4, and Glenn Allen Halterman, 2, with ex-husband Michael Halterman.
