A new six-minute trailer has been unveiled by Aquaplus for their upcoming 3D overhaul of the love-themed adventure game, “ToHeart.
The company released the debut episode of the 1999 animated series “ToHeart” on their YouTube channel, along with an exclusive video, as a sneak peek for the Premium Edition. This special edition comprises a Blu-ray disc containing all 13 episodes of the show, which have been upgraded to high-definition quality.
The official website was also updated with the following character profiles:
Lemmy Miyauchi (newly voiced by Ai Fukuda, originally voiced by Rumi Kasahara)
A girl from the same grade as the main character, who was born in California to parents of international origin. She exudes a sunny, casual demeanor and a flamboyant fashion sense that gives off a typically American vibe. However, beneath this exterior lies a shy Japanese woman. Despite her naive candor seeming reckless at times, it always manages to bring about a sense of joy and levity.
Kotone Himekawa (newly voiced by Yuka Nukui, originally voiced by Kyoko Hikami)
One year, a student named Hiroyuki had a junior who was often shunned by many at school because of the strange supernatural occurrences that seemed to follow her ever since she enrolled. She rarely spoke and preferred solitude, but as Hiroyuki made an effort to befriend her, he noticed a gradual softening in her heart…
Hikari Kamigashi (newly voiced by Yuko Gibu, originally voiced by Ayako Kawasumi)
In my gaming world, I often find myself puzzled between two similar voices – one belongs to the protagonist and the other is my character’s mom, Akari Kamigishi’s gentle soul. She’s a tutor with a heart for kids, teaching them not just academics but also traditional Japanese arts like cooking and dressing. You’d be amazed how often I mix up their voices!
George Miyauchi (newly voiced by Hiroki Maeda, originally voiced by Takeshi Kuwabara)
Lemmy Miyauchi’s dad is deeply devoted to his family, boasting a charming face reminiscent of Hollywood stars and an imposing yet amiable demeanor. He spends his days leading a trading firm as its CEO.
I’m thrilled to share that starting June 26, globally on Steam and in Japan on the Nintendo Switch, I’ll finally get to dive into the world of ToHeart!
