Story

The “virus” swiftly multiplied, making its way to the heartland of the country and eventually affecting high-ranking officials, including major bureaucrats and the prime minister, who could no longer return to their homes. Then…

Starting with the capital of Japan, the “virus” was on the verge of engulfing the world.

But it did not…

Following the announcement of an emergency state, the newer crop of politicians found themselves grappling with the circumstances at hand. Despite their lack of experience, the interim administration displayed proficiency and managed to navigate through the most challenging aspects of the predicament effectively.

Four years have since passed.

Under the guise of the ongoing pandemic, the elusive Abnormal Cults have managed to stay hidden from public scrutiny, operating secretly behind closed doors, with mysterious events occasionally surfacing as unresolved incidents.

As a seasoned gamer with a past that mirrors the trials of my virtual counterparts – captures, experiments, and all – I find myself drawn to an unsolved mystery that has left the police baffled. This case presents an opportunity for me to sever my ties and thwart the ambitions of the enigmatic Abnormal Cult Order.

Using the details of the unsolved mysteries that come into our detective office, your task will be to explore the different factors potentially linked to each case, including the victim’s background, footage from surveillance cameras capturing their activities, and so on.

Collect and confirm the information on the evidence board and seek out to the truth.

Investigations

The examination of the crime will utilize various pieces of evidence such as crime scene photos, footage from security cameras, and so forth. Verify the objects, individuals, and significant aspects related to the case.

Via security footage, one can ascertain the actions taken by the affected parties and others involved. All details captured from the time of the event, even before and afterward, serve to help deduce the cause behind the occurrence of the incident.

Use the evidence board to deduce how the evidence gathered relates to the case.
