After discovering the relationship infidelity, Madix is alleged to have copied this content and shared it with both Leviss and other individuals without Sandoval’s approval.
According to the court documents, Sandoval, 41, alleges that Leviss, 29, suffered damages following their affair being exposed to the public, as she stated in her lawsuit. He believes that if these damages were indeed inflicted upon her, then they were at least partially caused by Madix’s intrusion into his personal phone and data. This invasion of privacy constitutes “oppression, fraud, or malice,” as Madix acted with the deliberate intention to harass, harm, or annoy Sandoval.
Because Madix, age 39, is alleged by the lawsuit to be fully or partly liable for Leviss’ injuries, the suit demands that Madix pays “in full or in part” the amount that Sandoval may be obligated to pay as a result of damages, judgments, or other awards granted to Leviss.
Additionally, it aims for a court decision on who is responsible for paying any damages owed to Leviss and a clear statement from Madix and Sandoval regarding their respective liabilities.
We’ve attempted to get a response from the legal representatives of Madix, Sandoval, and Leviss regarding the ongoing situation, yet have yet to receive any feedback from them.
As a dedicated follower of the situation, I would express it in this way: I was dismayed to learn that Sandoval’s lawyer, Jordan Susman, released a statement condemning my actions towards Lara Jean Chambers (Sandoval’s real name) in an interview with Us Weekly. However, I wholeheartedly disagree with the characterization of my behavior as “tormenting.” Instead, I believe that any actions I took were necessary and justified given the circumstances. It is unfortunate and regrettable that Sandoval continues to use such language to describe my actions towards her.
The declaration added that Sandoval knew about the mutual access they had to each other’s devices throughout their relationship.
“According to Susman, if the Tom Tom co-owner and his partner had their preference, it would be against the law for someone to find out about their infidelity. The fact that Mr. Sandoval shifted from pleading for forgiveness to accusing Ms. Madix of his misdeeds is telling.”
In her filing with the court in February, which TopMob News acquired then, Leviss stated that Sandoval had secretly recorded videos of her without consent and Madix had shared these private recordings. She listed eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress as the grounds for her complaint.
I’ve come across a document that alleges Sandoval secretly recorded explicit videos of Leviss while she was in a private state, unaware and without her permission. It’s important to note that there might be additional videos beyond the two that have been made public.
According to the document, Leviss has learned and trusts that Madix acquired at least two unauthorized recordings of Leviss. Madix then shared or exhibited these videos to others, all without Leviss being aware or giving approval.
“At a minimum,” the filing stated, “Madix circulated the illicit videos to herself and Leviss.”
A year after the public revelation of Rachel from “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast’s affair with Sandoval, a lawsuit was initiated against her.
