A new trailer from Aspyr Media gives a sneak peek into the various formidable foes that players will encounter in the upcoming Tomb Raider 4-6 Remastered game. In addition to quick glimpses of intense combat scenes, fans get a glimpse of how these bosses have been visually upgraded. Take a look for yourself below.
Among the challenges we’re dealing with are characters such as Cleopatra’s Guard, Set, and the Mechanical Horseman, who appear in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. Additionally, there’s the Mechanical Head from Tomb Raider: Chronicles and Brother Obscura from Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness. These characters seem quite active, but if the remasters for these last two games follow the originals closely, their responsiveness might not be crucial.
On Valentine’s Day, you can expect the remastered versions of Tomb Raider 4-6 to release across various platforms: Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. For insights into the improvements and user-friendly updates, take a look at our discussion with the development team. Among the upgrades, it’s confirmed that all three remasters will run smoothly at 4K/60 FPS on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
