Tragic Loss: Influencer Hannah Campbell’s Baby Daughter Passes Away at Just 10 Months

Hannah Campbell is navigating a devastating loss.

A TikTok user recently posted about the heartbreaking loss of her baby girl, Elliana Rose, who was just 10 months old. Tragically, she passed away after enduring the challenges of junctional epidermolysis bullosa (JEB), a rare and painful condition that leads to fragile skin prone to blistering.

Hannah posted on TikTok that our beloved Elliana Rose sadly didn’t win her fight yesterday. She left us peacefully, surrounded by warmth and affection. (April 8th was the date)

She went on saying, “I’m at a loss about how to spend today. I’m filled with sorrow and anger. It’s unjust that such a child had to suffer as she did. EB took her away from us. Let’s join forces to find a remedy, sparing other families from feeling the same pain.

The video that followed showcased various heartwarming phases from Elliana’s life, accompanied by the track “In The Stars” from Benson Boone.

Hannah ended her post, which quickly received numerous heartfelt messages of condolence, by expressing appreciation for the unwavering support her family had received during Elliana’s lifetime.

As per the Mayo Clinic, JEB (Juvenile Benign Recurrent Fever) may lead to blisters that appear not only from external injuries like heat, friction, or scratching, but also internally, for instance, on the lining of the stomach or mouth.

Ever since Ellianna joined our family, I’ve taken it upon myself to leverage social media as a platform to chronicle our journey and spread the word about JEB. My TikTok account has grown significantly, amassing over 700 thousand followers due to my efforts.

One of Hannah’s posts contained information about the various forms of epidermolysis bullosa, with Elliana’s being a particularly serious case among them.

As a passionate advocate for those afflicted by this condition, I penned a heartfelt message in a video: “JEB, in its severe form, tragically claims lives prematurely, and even the milder version brings daily suffering, wounds, and lifelong struggles.” I emphasized that there’s currently no cure, but expressed hope that every child with EB deserves a life free from pain. Raising awareness about this condition fuels research, treatments, and one day, we will find a cure.

Elliana requires ongoing care that involves specialized medical supplies, adaptive equipment, and regular treatments such as nebulizers, humidifiers, and the administration of electrolytes and Pedialyte using a syringe, all to ensure her comfort, safety, and well-being.

Additionally, Hannah took care to record the most joyful instances of their family life, which often featured her spouse, Jacob, as well as their elder child, Ember.

In contrast to Valentine’s Day festivities, a first Christmas, a visit to Disney World and the beach, Hannah opted for an adventure instead – a trip to a snowy lake in February. Her words were, “Turning every instant into an adventure, appreciating each one as a precious gift.

On February 26, the video depicted the family of four spending delightful moments near a cozy wood-stove, surrounded by an iced-over lake and enclosed by trees.

Hannah expressed in her video, “We’re packing her life with excitement and thrills for as far as it goes.
