Colonel Alan Richard (voiced by George Peter in English, Makoto Furukawa in Japanese)

Age: 34

A sharp young leader of the Royal Army.

A budding, influential figure within the Royal Army of Liberl, he is renowned for his leadership skills. He established the army’s Intelligence Division as its inaugural commander.

Richard, a brilliant and competent up-and-comer within the Royal Military, is widely admired by both his fellow officers and the citizens of the kingdom.

He holds the Bracer Guild in high regard, recognizing the significance of its partnership with the military. Even with his impressive achievements, he maintains a humble demeanor, ensuring that his status doesn’t swell his ego unchecked.

Kanone Amalthea (voiced by Anairis Quinones in English, Reina Kondou in Japanese)

Age: 27

A devoted adjutant to Colonel Richard.

A woman serving as a colonel’s assistant in the Intelligence Division of the Royal Army. She is directly under Colonel Richard.

Naturally composed and thoughtful, she carries out her actions meticulously. Her intelligence matches that of a genius like Richard himself.

Deeply loyal to Richard, she provides him unwavering support.

General Morgan (voiced by Richard Epcar in English, Kozo Dozaka in Japanese)

Age: 62

A fearsome general known for his hatred for bracers.

A top-ranking military general who leads the Royal Army’s Border Division.

He’s an unyielding elderly veteran who harbors a deep-seated aversion towards bracers, yet the cause of his antagonism remains unexplained.

Although no longer actively serving as a soldier, his reputation as an exceptional warrior remains unmatched. Even beyond the age of sixty, he demonstrates extraordinary agility and skill when handling a halberd.

Mayor Maybelle (voiced by Anne Yatco in English, Saori Oonishi in Japanese)

Age: 22

The brilliant young mayor of Bose.

A bright and energetic young woman who serves as the mayor of the commercial city Bose.

Following her father’s demise, she received his political support network and made history as the city’s youngest-ever elected mayor.

Though she occasionally shows a relaxed attitude towards her religious duties, like missing prayers at the Septian Church, her diligent and charitable disposition has firmly established her as a trusted figure among the people of Bose.

Lila (voiced by Cassandra Lee Morris in English, Erii Yamazaki in Japanese)

Age: 20

A maid of the Bose mayor’s estate.

A maid who attends to Mayor Maybelle’s daily needs.

She is usually calm and composed, but can be extremely resolute when defending Maybelle.

Although she sometimes voices criticisms, it’s clear that she truly admires and values Mayor Maybelle, consistently showing unwavering commitment to her work.

Anelace Elfead (voiced by Cassandra Lee Morris in English, Sora Tokui in Japanese)

Age: 18

A young senior bracer from Bose.

A young woman who only recently became a senior bracer in the Bose branch.

She is recognized by her large ribbon and her fondness for cute things.

Her grandfather is Yun Ka-fai, the founder of the Eastern sword style “Eight Leaves One Blade.”

As I’m not my grandfather’s immediate apprentice, but rather carving my own path, I’m discovering my swordswoman abilities day by day. However, it seems my potential in this art is undeniably promising.

Grant (voiced by Stephen Fu in English, Tasuku Hatanaka in Japanese)

Age: 22

A senior bracer affiliated with the Bose branch.

A bracer assigned to the Bose branch and Anelace’s senior.

Though he seems like a polite and well-mannered gent, on the battlefield, he brandishes a massive sword with courage, leading the charge head-on.

His amiable character and thoughtful disposition have earned him the affection of nearby community members, who regard him as a compassionate and considerate young individual.

Commercial City of Bose

In the heartland of Liberl, following closely behind the grandeur of the royal capital Grancel, lies the vibrant city of Bose, brimming with economic activity.

Right in the heart of the city lies Bose Market, an expansive indoor shopping venue brimming with diverse merchandise such as food items, apparel, home essentials, furniture pieces, and literary works.

Many tourists also visit the market for sightseeing.

Ravennue Village

Perched peacefully amidst the western Bose mountains, this serene mountain hamlet used to be bustling with septium mining activity.

Today, it’s well-known for its fruit production.

Valleria Shore

A large, picturesque lakefront region situated right in the heart of the Kingdom of Liberl, famed for its stunning scenery and nicknamed “The Pearl of Liberl” due to its exceptional beauty.

At the Kingfisher Inn, situated mere steps from the bustling city of Bose, visitors can unwind in serene lakeside accommodations and indulge in delightful fresh fish meals throughout their visit.

Haken Gate

Situated on the boundary separating the Kingdom of Liberl and the mighty Erebonian Empire to the north, this is a robust fortification manned by the Border Division of the Liberl Royal Army.

Since Haken Gate is the sole access point between Liberl and the Empire, customs checks at this gate are typically thorough, frequently causing hold-ups for numerous voyagers.
