The Hasbro’s 6.5-inch Studio Series Voyager Class Sentinel Prime action figure is modeled after the character’s look in “Transformers One”. It transforms between robot, jet, and battle modes through a series of steps – specifically, it takes 17 steps to change from robot to jet mode and 16 steps to switch from robot to battle mode. The figure boasts an articulated head, arms, and legs for various action poses, and it comes equipped with a beam sword and two blaster accessories that can be attached to the figure.
Transformers One Release Date
Under the guidance of director Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4), a screenplay penned by Andrew Barrer (Ant-Man and the Wasp), Gabriel Ferrari (No Exit), and Steve Desmond (Knock at the Cabin), Paramount Animation presents Transformers One, set to hit screens on September 20th. This animated masterpiece is created with the exceptional animation skills of Industrial Light & Magic. The film stars Chris Hemsworth as Orion Pax / Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry as D-16 / Megatron, Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1, Keegan-Michael Key as B-127 / Bumblebee, Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime, Laurence Fishburne as Autobot Alpha Trion, and Steve Buscemi as Starscream.
Lorenzo di Bonaventura is set as producer for Di Vonaventura Pictures, live-action Transformers film director Michael Bay is on board as producer as well with Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, Mark Vahradian, and Aaron Dem. As for what to expect from the new Transformer One animated film, the synopsis for it teases it as such:
The movie ‘TRANSFORMERS ONE’ tells an untold tale about Optimus Prime and Megatron, who were once close friends but became sworn enemies. Their bond shaped the future of Cybertron forever.
