As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the upcoming release of “Transformers One” has me more excited than Optimus Prime at the sight of Energon! Growing up, Transformers was a staple in my childhood, and to see this beloved franchise reinvent itself once again is truly heartwarming.


The first installment of “Transformers” is set to hit theaters this Fall, and fans can look forward to its premiere as the film has already received its rating! Over the years, “Transformers” has undergone numerous transformations, and now it’s back with a fresh take in a fully computer-generated animated feature. This new movie takes us back to the origins of the Autobots and Decepticons, showcasing their younger selves before they became Optimus Prime and Megatron as we know them. We don’t have long to wait for this exciting adventure!

Starting this September, “Transformers One” is set to hit theaters, and prior to its release, the movie has been rated PG for “sci-fi action violence, occasional language, and animated sequences.” This indicates that the film should be suitable for everyone in the family to enjoy together. The early responses to the movie have been favorable, so it won’t be long before we can all experience it!

The upcoming animated movie “Transformers One,” directed by Josh Cooley (known for Toy Story 4), is scripted by Andrew Barrer (Ant-Man and the Wasp), Gabriel Ferrari (No Exit), and Steve Desmond (Knock at the Cabin). This production, from Paramount Animation, boasts animation by Industrial Light & Magic. The film, featuring a star-studded cast led by Chris Hemsworth as Orion Pax / Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry as D-16 / Megatron, Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1, Keegan-Michael Key as B-127 / Bumblebee, Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime, Laurence Fishburne as Autobot Alpha Trion, and Steve Buscemi as Starscream, is set to hit theaters on September 20th.

Lorenzo di Bonaventura has been appointed producer at Di Vonaventura Pictures, with Michael Bay also joining as a producer for the upcoming live-action “Transformers” movie. Additionally, Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, Mark Vahradian, and Aaron Dem are also producers on the project. As for the new animated “Transformer One” film, the synopsis hints that it will offer:

“In the first computer-animated Transformers film, TRANSFORMERS ONE, we delve into the unspoken past of Optimus Prime and Megatron, two characters who later became sworn adversaries but were once inseparable like brothers. Their actions forever altered the destiny of their home planet, Cybertron.
