Travis Kelce Reveals His Shocking Guilty Pleasure Show

As an ardent fan of all things entertaining and intriguing, I must say Travis Kelce‘s confession about his secret love for “Gossip Girl” has left me utterly charmed! Growing up with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, I never would have suspected that beneath those muscular arms and steely focus lay a heart captivated by Manhattan high school drama. It just goes to show you can’t judge a book by its cover or a man by his athletic prowess.

That’s one secret he’ll never tell… until now.

It’s worth noting that Travis Kelce, known for his energetic persona as a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, surprisingly had a favorite, somewhat unexpected TV show in his past.

In a recent episode of their podcast “New Heights,” the 34-year-old admitted that he had kept secret his fondness for watching “Gossip Girl” during his childhood. “Yeah, it’s fantastic, man. You can really immerse yourself. You can really immerse yourself,” he added enthusiastically.

It turned out that Travis’ elder sibling was not acquainted with the popular CW teen show, as he speculated whether Travis Swift’s partner might have mixed up the title with a different successful teen series.

Jason wondered, “Did you catch ‘Gossip Girl’?” to which Travis replied, “Nope, I haven’t seen it. Could you be referring to ‘Gilmore Girls’? I’m not familiar with ‘Gossip Girl’.

According to Travis’ description, “The main stars of the series are Chace Crawford, Blake Lively (I can’t remember the rest of the cast members right now). It’s an amazing show set in a New York high school filled with lots of drama, and essentially everyone is constantly gossiping and talking negatively about each other.

The television series titled “Gossip Girl“, broadcast from 2007 to 2012, centered around the high-class lifestyles and soap opera-like dramas of New York City’s upper class, featuring stars like Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Ed Westwick, and Taylor Momsen, among others.

Indeed, Travis is quite familiar with Blake, largely due to his pop star girlfriend’s close friendship with the actress. Interestingly, it was the “High School Musical” star who accompanied Travis’ real-life counterpart, Serena van der Woodsen, to his Super Bowl victory game in February.

In regards to the term “guilty pleasure show,” the actor from Grotesquerie remarked, “I couldn’t care less if you judge me.” He continued by stating that his current favorite TV show is The Traitors.

Regarding the rest of the Kelce family, they share a fondness for two popular British TV series.

Jason shared that he and his wife, Kylie Kelce, always make it a point to tune in when a new season of “The Great British Bake-Off” airs. He added, “It’s simply amazing, not to mention ‘Task Master’.
