Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Imagined Realm might sound a tad lengthy, yet this game truly shines as an exceptional choice.
In our PS5 review today, we found that it offers an excellent starting point for new players in the franchise, with enough changes to the traditional gameplay to offer a fresh take. While the narrative might be a bit thin, the captivating characters, user-friendly yet comprehensive crafting system, and engaging exploration create a fun experience overall.
But don’t just take our word of it!
On March 17th, we’re making a free trial available for you to experience the entire prologue and some initial quests from our campaign. What makes this even more exciting is that your progress will transfer to the full game when it launches, allowing you to pick up right where you left off!
It’s great to see that substantial demonstrations are becoming more frequent in JRPGs, and since you can transfer save data, there’s little excuse not to try it out yourself.
Shall we give this demonstration a go? Has our critique sparked your curiosity about Koei Tecmo’s newest masterpiece? We invite you to share your thoughts on it in the comment area beneath.
