As a cinephile with years of immersion in the glitzy world of Hollywood and its British counterparts, I have seen countless celebrities grapple with the ebb and flow of fame. However, Tulisa Contostavlos’s recent Instagram post has caught my attention, not just for her candidness but for the familiarity it brings to the table.
Sharing a quick video on her Instagram, the ex-X Factor judge explained: “I’m clarifying a few points. To let you know, after leaving the jungle, I initially felt good and later in the evening, my friends retired for the night.
I was casually browsing through some amusing posts on Instagram. I received an abundance of positive responses, which felt overwhelming due to my recent break from social media.
She went on: “And I just started to feel overwhelmed. I thought do you know what, I really just need to take a bit of time for me and just chill. This is all feeling just a little bit much at the moment.
“I plan on organizing and saving all my jungle-related tasks. Once I’ve taken some time to reflect, I will create a compilation of my favorite moments from those experiences.

Speculation grew following her departure from the ITV program, as viewers began noticing that certain social media posts related to her stint on I’m a Celebrity were removed.
As a diehard fan, I must admit that I was among those who cheered for Tulisa during the jungle stint. However, unlike her fellow evicted campmates who’ve graced our screens on various companion or spin-off shows, she’s been noticeably absent. Regrettably, it seems she won’t be making an appearance in this Sunday’s grand finale either.
Prior to embarking on a jungle adventure, Tulisa openly discussed the brighter spotlight she might encounter post-show, along with potential outcomes.
She shared her feelings about returning to primetime television after a long absence, expressing that she hasn’t experienced such intense public attention in some time and has tended to steer clear of it due to an unwarranted sense of fear.
Initially, I might feel quite emotional. However, I understand it’ll take some time for me to adjust. But rest assured, I’ll work through it eventually.
