The narrative unfolds, revealing that the reason for this turn of events was a treacherous act by the other seven, coveting all the praise for themselves. Upon their return to the empire, they were honored with the title ‘Seven Heroes,’ earning the admiration of the people and elevating to positions of glory. In contrast, the others were stripped of their military accolades and branded as the Traitorous Lances. A swordsman named Ascheriit miraculously endured by feeding on fairy flesh, maintaining a youthful appearance. He later changed his name to Köinzell and commenced his quest for vengeance against the Seven Heroes, twenty years having passed since the initial incident.
