UK Sales Charts: Expedition 33 Debuts in Second Place, Almost All Sales for PS5 Version

Last week’s physical sales charts for the UK have been released, and it brings even better tidings for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

In other gaming news, the Role-Playing Game (RPG) has just come in second place, with Hogwarts Legacy, a popular game that’s held the top spot for several consecutive weeks, taking the lead.

To add to that, about 96% of the games sold were for the PS5. This might not seem surprising given that the game was also released on Xbox through Game Pass. However, when it comes to physical sales, such a significant difference is quite remarkable.

As a devoted admirer, I must say, this stylish RPG is off to an incredible beginning! Already, it has exceeded expectations with over one million copies sold within its initial three days on the market.

In other places, the rest of the top 10 list follows typical patterns. The title Indiana Jones and the Great Circle jumped to second position again due to the release of PS5, and it’s currently sitting in ninth place. Similarly, Astro Bot fell down the ranks from third to eighth.

In a stable position at fourth place is Monster Hunter Wilds. On the rise, moving from fifth to third, is Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate. After a dip in rankings, Tekken 8 re-enters the top 10, climbing from 14th to 10th position.
