In various missions and dungeons, you’ll find these enigmatic rocks that emit energy. These energy sources can be shattered for later use within the game. We refer to them as Soulstones.
How to Use Soulstones in First Berserker: Khazan
Daphrona
To utilize Soulstones, you first need to navigate your way to the main game area known as The Crevice, then accept a side quest or bonus mission that leads you into Embars Ruins and its Forgotten Temple.
On your journey, you’ll come across Daphrona, an NPC, stationed close to a rest or upgrade spot. Have a chat with her and select the option to ‘Unleash Soulstones’.
You can utilize the Soulstones you’ve accumulated to unlock various upgrades for your character, including an enhancement in Health Recovery, a boost in Max Spirit level, and an increase in Lacrima acquisition.
Ensure you shatter any Soulstones you encounter as you go. Shattering a Soulstone will help you earn the “Soulstone Unleashed” and “Agent of the Netherworld” trophies/achievements. The former can be achieved by upgrading at least once with Daphrona, while the latter is awarded for gathering every single one found.
It’s important to take note that character Daphrona will be found at The Crevice, allowing for future interactions with her upon your return. This means you won’t have to revisit the Forgotten Temple again to exchange your stones with her.
