Head to the city of Leyawiin, where guards will inform you about two notorious troublemakers, Weebam-Na and Bejeen. You can locate them in Weebam-Na’s residence, which is situated to the east of the Northeast Gate and faces a property that’s up for sale.

Speak with Weebam-Na and inquire concerning the Eye of Night. He may claim ignorance regarding the matter, also responding on behalf of Bejeen.
